This event is held as a special event of the joint project "Meiji Yasuda's J Activity" by Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company, the official club partner and J.League partner, and the J.League. It will be a "reward" day to thoroughly pamper yourself and forget your daily routine, featuring yoga that makes you want to take a deep breath, heart-melting sweets, and healing experiences all gathered in one place. We have prepared moments that gently fulfill your mind and body, and we look forward to your visit!

"Parent-Child Participation OK" Relax on the Blue Sky and Grass - Yoga Experience Event Held!
Before the match, a yoga experience event will be held at the throwing practice area next to Ajinomoto Stadium. We have prepared two courses: Refresh Yoga for adults and Family Yoga that parents and children can participate in together. Stretch your body barefoot, lie down, and relax your mind and body to prepare for watching the match!

- 1. Adult Refresh Yoga (Target: Junior high school students and above / Number of participants: First 30 people / Participation fee: 1,000 yen)
- 2. Family Yoga (Target: One child in elementary school or younger and one guardian as a parent-child pair / Number of participants: First 15 pairs (30 people) / Participation fee: 1,500 yen)

- Participation requires the separate purchase of a ticket to the Machida match on Sunday, April 5th. On the day, the ticket will be checked at the reception.
Instructor Maaya Ono
About 9 years of experience in yoga instruction. Transitioned to an instructor after about 20 years as an actress.
Engaged in activities with the hope that participants' minds and bodies will feel lighter, conveying the wonderfulness of yoga—originally encountered as a hobby for maintaining body shape, dieting, stress relief, and mental calmness—as well as the importance and enjoyment of physical movement.
