Please scan the QR code inside the "Sukiya Day" poster displayed at Sukiya stores in Tokyo and apply through the dedicated form. Please note that registration to "Sukiya Mobile Members" is required for application.

[Eligibility/Application Method]
・During the following campaign period, those who have receipts of 500 yen (tax included) or more for meals (including bento boxes) at "Sukiya" will be eligible. (Receipts cannot be combined.)
・The maximum number of receipts per lottery is 10 per person.
・"Original Collabo Donburi Bowl" is limited to a maximum of 3 per person.
・Receipts will not be returned, so please understand in advance.
