“It has been 19 years since I joined F.C.TOKYO U-15, but this is the first time I have been fully transferred from Tokyo. Now at 31 years old, I have grown up with Tokyo from childhood to adulthood and fatherhood. I will strive to become a player who can be proud of being developed in Tokyo as a player raised in Tokyo.
I can’t greet fans and supporters directly, and it feels awkward, but I want to share my thoughts about the players from the youth organization and the wonderful friends coming to Tokyo from other teams to fight together. To the fans and supporters, team members, and coaches who grew up in the youth system, and to everyone who has supported us through tough times, I am still fighting as a soccer player. I love Tokyo and Kodaira! I am truly grateful to all of you.
