We will hold a futsal exchange match with Kawasaki Frontale on November 5th (Saturday) at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, targeting women who have participated in the 'Adult Futsal Class.'

On November 5 (Saturday), 2022, Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 34 vs Kawasaki Frontale (14:00 kickoff / Ajinomoto Stadium) will be preceded by a futsal exchange match for women, filled with excitement and beauty. Additionally, training will be held on October 23 (Sunday) at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu in preparation for the exchange match. To all the women who have participated in the futsal classes held in <Eifuku, Kunitachi, Fuchu, Kodaira, Gaien, Musashino Plaza, Myoshinji, Eifuku>, why not take this opportunity to join the exchange match?

□Content
▽Day 1 (October 23rd (Sun)) Training
We will have fun playing futsal with participants and coaches accompanying the exchange match as part of the training.

▽Day 2 (November 5th (Sat)) Day of the Exchange Match
We will have an exchange match with Kawasaki Frontale.
(Match format will be decided based on the number of participants)

*The venue is the same on both days

□Participation Fee
Payment will be made at the FC Tokyo Park Fuchu reception on the day.

□Participation Requirements
(1) Women who have previously participated in FC Tokyo "Adult Futsal Class"
* "Adult Soccer Class" is not included
(2) Those who can definitely participate on the day of the exchange match on the second day
* Participation in training only is not allowed.
(3) Those who can participate on the day of the friendly match wearing blue attire with the FC Tokyo emblem

After the event, please be sure to watch the 14:00 kickoff match 【vs Kawasaki Frontale】 held at Ajinomoto Stadium!

*If there are many applications, a lottery will be held. The lottery results will be notified by email with a reply deadline of Monday, October 17. If you do not receive an email by the day after the reply deadline, please contact the school office.

□Usage Guidelines for FC Tokyo Park Fuchu Facilities
Please do not bring your own balls (the facility will provide them). Also, since the facility is located on the rooftop of the building, the use of balls outside the pitch is not allowed.
・Spikes are not allowed (please wear training shoes or futsal shoes)
・There are lockers in the changing room, but there are a limited number. Please use them with consideration for others.

Event Participation Notes
・Participants will have their temperature checked before registration.
* If the temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees, a re-check may be conducted, or participation may be declined.
・After registration, please cooperate with handwashing and gargling.
・Wearing a mask during play is optional.
* Please wear a mask when using the changing room or restroom.
* Even if registration finishes early, please wait in a spacious area while maintaining distance.
・You cannot enter the court until called by the assigned coach or staff.
* Please wait in the designated area of the stands.
・There is no limit on the number of family members who can attend, but please use the stands and other facilities with consideration for those around you.

＜Notes for Facility Users＞
Those with the following symptoms or those who are suspected to have them will be refused entry and use of the facility.
・Fever (37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, more than 1 degree above normal)
・In case of obvious health issues
- Symptoms of a cold such as cough and sore throat
・Fatigue
・Taste and smell disorders
・Individuals infected with or suspected of having the novel coronavirus
・Those who have traveled abroad within the last two weeks, or have had contact with someone who has traveled abroad

＜Facility Notes＞
・Please be sure to wear a mask when visiting.
・Please cooperate with disinfection at the elevator hall upon entering the facility.
・The doors to the elevator hall and restrooms will always be kept open.
・Please cooperate with social distancing.
* If requested by the facility for reception, event participation, stand viewing, merchandise purchase, elevator use, etc.
・The smoking area cannot be used. Please use the smoking area on the 9th floor.
・Bringing alcohol and drinking is prohibited.
・Please cooperate with wearing masks except when eating.
・The changing room can be used, but a maximum of 4 people are allowed inside at a time.
* Customers waiting should maintain distance while waiting.
・Lockers are available for use.
・The use of spikes is prohibited.
・You cannot enter the court with shoes that have heels.
・We do not take any responsibility for accidents or the loss of valuables and luggage at our facility, so please understand.

・If the facility determines that it is difficult to hold the event due to rain.
Please note that the event may be canceled even in case of light rain or if rain is forecasted.
