[Repost][Important] Notice Regarding Refund Procedures for 2022 Annual Tickets

Thank you very much for your continued support and encouragement for FC Tokyo.
Regarding the 2022 home games, the number of restricted matches has been finalized. We would like to inform you that we will be refunding the season tickets as follows.

Those who selected the 【Refund Method】 and purchased a 2022 season ticket, and wish to request a refund for "Restricted Matches"

※From the refund start date, guidance on the refund procedure will be sent sequentially from "refundss@pia.co.jp" to the registered email address. The emails will be sent in order to the applicable customers, so depending on the situation, the guidance email may be delivered after the evening of the reception start date. Please understand this in advance.
*Refund procedures are available until 11:59 PM on Friday, December 23. Please note that if the deadline is missed, the rights will expire and refunds will be forfeited.</span></u>

[Step ①] Please log in from the URL provided in the email.
Starting from Tuesday, November 8, we will sequentially send emails necessary for the procedure from "refundss@pia.co.jp". Please log in from the URL provided in the email.
The URL listed varies for each customer (SOCIO number), so please be careful not to make any mistakes when proceeding.
*We will send it to the registered email address as of Nov 1 (Tue).
*If you have domain settings, please disable them so that you can receive emails from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
* There may be cases where emails are delivered to the spam folder, so if you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder as well.

<About Login ID and Password>
Your login ID is set to "to(lowercase letters)+2022+your SOCIO number."
(Example) For SOCIO number 00000 → to202200000
The password is set to "the postal code (without hyphens) of your registered address as of Nov 1 (Tue)."
(Example) For postal code 182-0034 → 1820034
* If you enter your login ID or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked. If your account is locked, please contact us by filling in the necessary information in [Inquiries about Refunds].

* The "Recipient Name" will display the registered name as of Nov 1 (Tue).

[Step 2] Please register the refund account information after logging in.</span></strong>
After logging in, please register the information of the account for the refund of the annual ticket on the page. Please make sure to check that there are no mistakes in the "transfer amount" and "transfer account" etc.
*The deadline for the procedure is until 11:59 PM on Friday, December 23.

[Step 3] Please confirm your payment.</span></strong>
If you complete the procedures up to step ② on weekdays between 8:50 AM and 2:30 PM, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedures are completed outside of these hours, the transfer will be made on the next business day.
If there is an error in the "transfer account" or similar, you will receive an email requesting the re-registration of your account information, so please proceed with the registration of your account information again.

If you do not receive the notification email by Nov 9 (Wed), please access the URL below, fill in the required information, and contact us through the inquiry form. (Please set the subject as "FC Tokyo Refund" and include your "SOCIO number" and mention that you have not received the email in the question content.)

We will send you a separate URL (QR code) necessary for the refund process around late November, so please proceed from there.

To everyone who has declined the annual ticket refund
Thank you very much for choosing to decline the refund.
If there were any tax deductions from donations from the Sports Agency established as a special measure for the 2020 season, they will not be applicable from the 2021 season onwards. Therefore, please be aware that there will be no certificates sent to those who declined refunds.
Additionally, those who have chosen to decline a refund will not receive the above "refund-related email," so please be aware of this as well.
