We have compiled the frequently asked questions from our customers in a Q&A format for your information.

Regarding the "2023 Annual Ticket," applications will start from Dec 1 (Thu) 15:00. Please check the details below.

□2023 Annual Ticket Q&A
Q1. When purchasing a reserved seat annual ticket, is it possible to sit next to family or friends who also purchase annual tickets?
A1. There is a section to fill in the "Name of the person you wish to sit next to" at the time of application. If you fill that out, we will confirm your request and arrange the seating accordingly.

Q2. If I purchase a reserved seat season ticket, can I watch the game with family or friends who have not purchased a season ticket?
A2. We have requested the introduction of a system that allows for seat changes for annual tickets at J.League Ticket Pia, but currently, seat changes for annual tickets are not possible.
If you wish to move to another seat only when watching with family or friends, we recommend purchasing additional tickets at the member price and listing your annual ticket seat on the official resale.
Please note that the seats for SOCIO members in the back designated area will be assigned with one row empty in between, and we plan to create a situation where general tickets can be purchased in front and behind. You will be able to purchase general tickets for seats that are close in front and behind.
We are continuously considering ways to change the seats for annual tickets.

Q3. Can I select a seat when purchasing an annual reserved seat ticket?
A3. You cannot specify seat numbers when applying, but for Main SS Reserved Seats, Main S Reserved Seats, Back Center Reserved Seats, and Back Reserved Seats, you can select your preferred area at the time of purchase. If you have any specific requests within that area, there is a "Reserved Seat Request Field" where you can enter your details.
We cannot promise to fulfill all your requests, but we will do our best to accommodate them.

Q4. Can I select an area on the south side rather than the center for the back reserved seats?
A4. You cannot choose. Please select from the area north of the back center designated seats (home side).

Q5. Is there a lottery when applying for an annual ticket for the Main SSS reserved seat?
A5. (In the 2022 season, applications were accepted by lottery, but) there will be no lottery for the 2023 season. The north side of the Main SSS reserved seats will be allocated exclusively to season ticket holders.
Please note that the application may close once the planned number of seats for sale has been reached.

Q6. I do not wish to have automatic renewal, but is it possible to purchase the same seat as in the 2022 season?
A6. For seat types with rights to the same seat (pair seats, Main SSS, Main SS, Main S, Back Center UF, Back Center), if payment is completed by Dec 22 (Thu) after application, the same seat will be secured even if automatic renewal is not requested.
The rights to the same seats for the Back UF and Home UF designated seats mentioned in 'Change Point ③' will be granted priority to those who applied for the 2023 season when continuing for the 2024 season and beyond.

Q7. How do I continue with the pair seat?
Q7. For the 2023 season, pair seats are still on the waiting list for cancellations. We will send a separate email to those who purchased in the 2022 season with instructions on how to continue, so please follow the procedure from that email to renew your seats.

*Due to sales conditions, there may be areas that are not open to the public.
* The standing area (lower section behind the home goal) does not require standing. It is an area where you will not ask standing people to "please sit down."
The seat types where you can wear visitor goods and support the visiting team are "Main SS Reserved Seats South Side," "Main S Reserved Seats South Side," and "Visitor Seats." All other seat types are for supporting FC Tokyo.

Annual Ticket Prices

The number of home games at Japan National Stadium is undecided.

□ About Waiting List for "Pair Seats"
The "Pair Seats" are sold out, but if seats become available during the 2023 season, priority will be given to continuing SOCIO members.
If you wish to be placed on the waiting list, please indicate your request in the <Request Section> at the time of application.
