[For 3rd to 6th Grade Elementary Students] Away Game Support Tour to Kobe
From Nov 29 (Sat) to Nov 30 (Sun), a 1-night 2-day trip, FC Tokyo Soccer andFutsal School studentswent to Hyogo Prefecture for the "Away Kobe Support Tour"!
The school students gathered at the meeting place showed various expressions, such as children happy to reunite after a long time and some slightly nervous about participating for the first time.
On the Shinkansen, everyone ate the bento they brought with them, and even among school students meeting for the first time, communication naturally took place.

Arrived at the futsal court inside NOEVIR Stadium Kobe as scheduled, and the friendly match with Vissel Kobe school students has started.
First, as an icebreaker, under the guidance of a coach from Vissel Kobe, we conducted "Tag with Holding Hands" and "Dribbling with Holding Hands."
At first, the children were nervous, but they quickly warmed up to each other, actively talking and smiling more!

After that, the teams mixed with students from both schools competed in a color-coded match.
At first, the children were reserved, but as the matches progressed, they played more coordinated plays, and after goals, high-fives were exchanged frequently, creating many memorable moments.
Even during the break, they were excitedly talking about soccer and became very close in about an hour♪

Finally, a match between FC Tokyo and Vissel Kobe was held.
In the first half, we were surprised by the opponent's skillful play, but in the second half, we used our frustration as motivation to strengthen our team cohesion, and each play showed more determination.
During the match, both teams sang each other's cheering songs, making it a very passionate exchange game.

Finally, we took a group photo with the new friends we met, and the exchange match came to an end.

After that, we went to tour NOEVIR Stadium Kobe.

We toured the press conference room where the coach actually comments after the match.
A mini experience was also held where a "coach" was selected from among the school students to answer questions from children playing the role of reporters.

Next, in the locker room we visited, it was impressive to see the players listening intently to the explanation while imagining how they prepare before the match.
We were also shown the player entrance and warming-up area, and when the episode about former Vissel Kobe player Podolski making a hole in the wall with a shot was introduced, the children listened with surprise but seemed to enjoy it.

The second day of the cheering tour starts with waking up at 6 a.m.
Some school students were so excited from the previous day that they woke up at 4 o'clock.
During breakfast, we were excitedly talking about the interleague games and stadium tours!

In the morning, we conducted earthquake disaster experience learning at "Futaba Gakusha".
The interior has a warm atmosphere that reflects the local history, raising the children's anticipation for learning.
From a former firefighter instructor who was involved in life rescue during the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake,
We heard vivid stories about on-site experience and life-saving decisions.
In the hands-on part, practical knowledge such as how to tie ropes and rescue methods was taught, and the children engaged with serious expressions, making it a valuable time to learn the importance of protecting lives.

After the experience, return to NOEVIR Stadium Kobe.
After having lunch, we watched the FC Tokyo top team's warm-up!
You could see the players' greetings up close, and when the school students cheered along with the chants, the supporters also waved their hands in response, creating a warm and heartfelt moment.

And finally, watching the match.
We stood up together with all the supporters and cheered with all our might until the very end.
The result was a draw, but I believe it became an unforgettable match for the school students.

After the match, buy souvenirs at Shin-Kobe Station and take the Shinkansen to Tokyo.
As the end of the tour approached, some of the school students could be seen with somewhat lonely expressions.
When they arrive at Tokyo Station, the children call out to each other, "Let's meet again!"
Over the course of two days, it was evident that they grew significantly not only in soccer skills but also in their relationships with teammates and mentally.
I hope you will continue to grow, using the experience from this away support tour as a stepping stone!
At the FC Tokyo Soccer and Futsal School, we will continue to hold events unique to FC Tokyo! We look forward to your participation!
