Match Report
Second match of the Golden Week three-game series.
Fukagawa, who wants to accelerate their momentum with consecutive wins, welcomed Yokohama F.Marinos Junior Youth to their home 'Fukagawa Grand', kicking off at 14:00.
[First Half]
In the early stages, although they maintain possession against the compact defensive block of Marinos, they are unable to advance into the attacking third.
In the 5th minute, after losing the ball in midfield, the opposing FW attempts a shot on goal from a long distance, causing a scare.
In the 17th minute, Kawaguchi from the left side dribbled in and took a shot, but it went wide of the far side.
The match changed in the 22nd minute when goalkeeper Murakami timed his run perfectly to intercept a long feed aimed behind the opponent's defensive line, but the loose ball was picked up and scored into an empty goal.
Fukagawa, who allowed the opening goal, launched attacks from both sides but struggled to move the ball forward.
Then, just before the end of the first half, in the 39th minute, after connecting short passes, they conceded a second goal to the opponent's FW who broke into space.
End the first half at 0-2.
【Second Half】
Substituting Tokiwa at the start of the second half to activate the defense in the midfield.
In the 42nd and 45th minutes, the kicker Anzai had a chance from a corner kick, passing to Sugawara and Kaneko, but their shots were blocked by the opponent.
In the 56th minute, from a cross by Anzai on the right side, Tokiwa strikes the second ball decisively, but it goes wide of the goal.
Fukagawa, gaining momentum, sees Kaneko, Aoki, and Sato bravely heading towards the goal after a setup from Sasakuma, but the goal remains distant.
In the dying moments of added time, Aoki broke free from a through pass from Sasanuma, evaded the opposing defender with a cutback, and took a left-footed shot.
This shook the net and closed the gap to one point, but the match ended as it was.
Lost 1-2.
In the second half, we created numerous scoring opportunities, but the goals conceded in the first half weighed heavily on us, resulting in a frustrating defeat.
I want to build on our strengths and improve our weaknesses as we head into the next match.
