Match Report
The 32nd Japan Club Youth Soccer Championship (U-15) Kanto Qualifiers 3rd Round kicked off at 1 PM at Fukagawa Ground amidst rainy weather.
If we win this match, we can secure our place in the national tournament.
[First Half]
From the start, both teams attempted to enter the opponent's territory with simple long balls.
The first chance came from Fukagawa, as Shin delivered a free kick from the right side to the far post in the 7th minute.
Sugawara aims for this with a header, but the GK deflects it. Nozawa, who reacted to this ball, rushes in but fails to score.
In the 14th minute, Aoki received a long ball and made a through pass to Nozawa, who broke free. He advanced into the penalty area and took a shot, but it went wide to the right.
The biggest chance for Fukagawa in the first half came in the 20th minute, with a through pass from the left side by Tokiwa, Sugawara, and Yasuda to Aoki, who broke through behind the defensive line.
Aoki scores with a left-footed shot that shakes the net, but the goal is ruled offside.
From here, the second ball is picked up from a long ball to the front line of Wings U-15 and pushed in.
In the 32nd minute, Miura cleared a free kick danger and seemed to have avoided the crisis, but in the 38th minute, a loss of the ball on the left side led to a transition to the opposite side.
Calmly scored from the cross ball, allowing the first goal.
End the first half trailing by one goal.
【Second Half】
The second half progresses at the opponent's pace from the start.
In the 7th minute, a close call was created from a short corner, and in the 49th minute, a header was scored from a free kick given in our own half, putting us two goals behind.
Fukagawa, who pushed forward, created a chance from a corner kick in the 55th minute, but was countered.
Just when it seemed like a goal was imminent, Ryo SAKUMA barely managed to defend it.
In the 65th minute, Sato followed up on Yasuda's cross, and although the opposing defender blocked it, a handball was called, resulting in a penalty kick.
Aoki scores this, making it 1-2.
However, just after that, in the 69th minute, they were caught on the counterattack and conceded a goal.
Despite attacking the opponent's territory until the end, we lost 1-3 without scoring a goal.
Throughout the match, we were completely defeated by the opponent in terms of battles for the ball, speed of transitions, and overall movement.
We must sincerely accept this result and its content.
I want to make changes in my daily routine to prepare for the representative deciding match next week and for further progress afterwards.
Thank you for your passionate support for FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa today as well.
Thank you for your continued passionate support.
