Match Report
The 2017 Kanto Youth (U-15) Soccer League Division 1, which resumes after the summer break, has only 5 matches left.
Currently in 2nd place, but the teams in 3rd place and below are closely competing, so the situation is unpredictable.
The upcoming Sec. 18 is the Tokyo Derby.
The match against Verdy, a rival we cannot afford to lose to, kicked off at 16:30 at our home ground, Fukagawa Grand.

[First Half]
The match starts with action right from the beginning.
In the 1st minute, Anzai received a throw-in, connected with Aoki, and struck decisively with his right foot to score the opening goal.
The match continued at Fukagawa's pace, and in the 8th minute, the ball passed from Anzai to Yasuda and was delivered to Kajiura, who made a timely run.
This scoring opportunity is blocked by the opposing GK, but in the following 10 minutes, Aoki receives a vertical pass, takes on the challenge himself, and scores a powerful long-range shot with his left foot for the second goal.
Riding the momentum, Fukagawa scored the third goal in the 11th minute, with Anzai directing a ball from Kajiura into the bottom left corner of the goal.
Expand the lead early on.
After that, the battle continued with deep defense from Fukagawa to steal the ball against Verdy's possession.
In the 24th and 25th minutes, we approached the opponent's goal but couldn't score, and in the 32nd minute, Yasuda broke free from Anzai's pass and aimed with his left foot, but it went over the bar.
We will head into halftime with a score of 3-0.

【Second Half】
Fukagawa, starting strong in the second half, steals the ball from the opponent at a high position in the 41st minute and passes it to Aoki.
Aoki's shot was blocked by the GK, but Tokiwai slotted in the rebound to extend the lead.
However, just after that, in the 42nd minute, they allowed a goal, and in the 46th and 48th minutes, they were continuously pressured by the opponent's attacks, but were saved by missed shots.
Fukagawa, who regained rhythm in defense, took a free kick in the 50th minute near the opponent's penalty area, which Aoki aimed directly at, hitting the wall and changing direction before finding the net.
In the 64th minute, after being broken through on the right side by the opponent's passing play, the opponent's shot hit the hand of the deep river defender, resulting in a penalty kick.
This makes it 5-2.
After that, the battle in the midfield continued, but they aimed for an additional goal until the end, and the match ended as it was.

Despite some regrettable goals conceded, we won the Tokyo Derby, earning 3 points and securing our place in the first division for next season.
The fact that we were able to secure our place despite the difficult situations that are not reflected in the standings is valuable for the club, and I hope the third-year players take pride in it and carry it forward into their future football careers.
However, I want to take further steps towards acquiring the next Emperor's Cup participation rights without becoming complacent.
