Match Report
The 2017 Kanto Youth (U-15) Soccer League Division 1, which started in March, finally reaches its final match today.
Fukagawa is currently in provisional 2nd place, and while it depends on others, there is still a possibility of winning if they earn 3 points.
The venue will be held at Away Reds Land.

[First Half]
Fukagawa pushed into the opponent's court at the start.
As Sasakuma faced forward, a through pass was sent to Sato, who had timed his run perfectly, but it was blocked by the opposing defender.
In the next 5 minutes, Tokiwa aimed for a mid-range shot with his left foot, hitting the target but was cleared by the opposing GK.
Then, Urawa also launched a counterattack.
In the 8th minute, after being broken through on the left side and the ball being crossed back to the center, a volley shot was taken but was saved by a mistake.
After that, both teams quickly aimed for each other's goals, resulting in a fast-paced game with rapid changes in offense and defense.
In the 18th minute, Sugawara broke through on the left side and delivered a sharp cross, but Sato, who jumped in, shook the goal net only to be ruled offside.
In the 19th minute, Nozawa broke through after Sasakuma's through pass and had a big chance, but he missed the target.
In the 24th minute, midfielder Kajiura boldly advanced into the opponent's penalty area and took a shot with his left foot, but it was right at the GK.
It was a situation where a goal could have been scored at any moment, but neither side gave in, and the first half ended 0-0.

【Second Half】
The game starts to move.
In the 44th minute, a direct free kick given in front of our penalty area was converted, allowing the opponent to take the lead.
If they don't win, the possibility of winning the championship will disappear. In the 49th minute, Tokiwai headed in a corner kick from Shin to equalize.
Fukagawa wanted to score additional points, but faced a crisis due to the opposing attackers' momentum.
In the 58th and 61st minutes, although we allowed the opponent to advance, Kimura and Shin each put their bodies on the line to block the shots.
Furthermore, in the 62nd minute, we created a scoring opportunity from the opponent's corner kick, but Kumakura made a fine save.
After that, both sides launched attacks aiming for 3 points, but they did not score.
In stoppage time, the ball connects to Motoyama, who is making his league debut on this day, in the penalty area, but is blocked by the opposing defender.

The match will end 1-1, confirming the second place.

Unfortunately, we fell just one step short of the championship, but we were able to steadily accumulate points from the middle of the league and secured a spot in the Emperor's Cup.
In the remaining two months, I hope everyone will grow even more in the midst of fierce competition and challenge the final tournament.
We are very grateful to all the supporters who have come to the venue throughout the year, and especially on this day, despite the pouring rain, for fighting alongside us.
