○Match Report
【Challenge to the Unknown! Overcome Your Limits!】
The 2nd match of the 29th year of the Heisei era, Sec. 19 of the Tokyo Club Youth U-17 Football Championship was held at 'Fukagawa Grand' against Tokyo Musashino City Football Club U-18.
As there are 3 matches in the qualifying league, Tokyo wants to secure a place in the ranking decision match with 2 consecutive wins.
Before the match, Coach Sato conveyed to the players, "There is not a single easy game. Instead of trying to play for 90 minutes, let's go all out and be aggressive from the start." The match began with Musashino's kickoff, with a light dusting of snow remaining at the edge of the field.

<First Half>
Musashino-En took control of the match.
Struggling with aggressive and sharp pressing from the front line, unable to bring the ball into the opponent's territory.
In an attempt to evade the opponent's press, a long ball is sent from the DF line to the front line, but they are unable to control the ball due to the intense pressure.
Additionally, they fell behind in the battle for second balls, struggling to find their rhythm, resulting in a tense development.
Still, it was Tokyo that created the first chance.
In the 6th minute, Kobayashi received a long ball from the DF line while competing with the opposing DF, entered the right side of the penalty area, and delivered a low cross to the near post.
Terayama dives in here, but misses. Morita rushes in for the loose ball, but it gets cleared by the opponent.
On the contrary, in the 18th minute, we gave consecutive corner kicks to Musashino-En, and in the 20th minute, we were directly targeted by a free kick from the front of the goal, but Iizuka calmly caught it.
Maintaining focus, as the match progressed, they gradually gained control of the second ball and began to exploit the left side behind the defense in the 44th minute.
Kobayashi was fouled near the left corner kick area, earning a free kick, and Haga kicked a low ball to the near post.
Despite losing balance, Kusazumi matched it with a volley and scored to the left of the goal, ending the first half at 1-0.

<Half Time>
Coach Sato
"Everyone is actively communicating, so let's continue that. While showcasing our quality, let's increase the tempo."

<Second Half>
Substituting Kado for Morita. After slightly rearranging the positions, Tokyo takes control in the second half.
Although there were moments at the start where Musashino-En threatened the goal, gradually, the substitute Kaku broke through the opponent's DF line and collected the ball.
Also, Kobayashi, who dropped back to the midfield, advanced the ball and created rhythm, leading to Yokota in the 53rd minute.
In the 58th minute, Kaku took a shot, but was denied by the opponent's GK's excellent save, failing to secure an additional goal.
Tokyo, not easing their offensive, in the 62nd minute, Yokota dribbled down the right side, connected to the corner, and passed to Kobayashi, who ran into the right penalty area.
When a sharp ball is kicked to the near post, Imamura dives in but the opponent just touches it slightly ahead. Terayama aims for this second ball, but the GK makes a save.
Then, an additional goal is scored in the 66th minute.
Yokota dribbles down the right side and delivers an early cross. This goes straight into the goal, making it 2-0.
In the 68th minute, Kaku broke through the opponent's DF line, won the contest against the advancing GK, and despite losing balance, kicked the ball into the unguarded goal to make it 3-0.
Kaku celebrates his official match debut with FC Tokyo with his own goal.
After that, Tokyo continued to send in substitute players one after another, not giving the opponent the initiative until the end of the match.
After winning two consecutive league matches, we head into the third match.
