Information on Wheelchair and Universal Seating

Starting from the 2025 season, wheelchair seating and universal seating will be introduced at FC Tokyo home games.
Information about the matches held at Japan National Stadium will be provided on the official homepage.

Seat Allocation

We will set up and operate the above 5 seat types.

  • The types of seats where you can watch the game wearing the visitor team's uniform and goods are limited to "Wheelchair Mixed Free Seats" and "Wheelchair Visitor Free Seats".
    Other seat types will be the cheering section for FC Tokyo.

The above four seat types will be sold through the Mirairo Ticket in the digital disability certificate "Mirairo ID".

  • To purchase with a Mirairo ticket, registration of a disability certificate in your Mirairo ID is required. Additionally, various personal information for registration to the Mirairo ID will be managed solely by Mirairo Co., Ltd. Registration for the Mirairo ID takes 3 business days.
    When registering for a Mirairo ID, please thoroughly review the "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Use" established by Mirairo Inc.

  • Tickets purchased with the 'Mirairo ID' cannot be resold.

The above seating type will be sold through "J League Ticket".

  • Universal free seating is available for individuals with physical disabilities, the elderly, pregnant women, and others who may have difficulty climbing stairs due to various circumstances.

  • "Wheelchair Home Main & Back Free Seats", "Wheelchair Home North Stand Seats", "Wheelchair Mix Free Seats", "Wheelchair Visitor Free Seats" can be purchased up to 1 ticket for "those with a disability certificate" and up to 3 tickets for "companions" per account. Since "those with a disability certificate" and "companions" are different seat types, please purchase from their respective pages.
    "Universal Free Seating" allows a maximum of 1 ticket for the "Representative" and up to 3 tickets for "Companions" per account. Since the "Representative" and "Companions" are different seat types, please purchase them from their respective pages.
  • If you wish to purchase tickets for your "companion" at the same time, please select the "representative" ticket and proceed to the cart screen, then click the "Search for Other Seats" button to select the "companion" tickets.
  • The price list for events held at the Japan National Stadium will be announced again on the official FC Tokyo website.

Wheelchair Entrance

There is a dedicated entrance. Entry is also possible from the Keio (main) gate.

After entering, please speak to the general information desk inside the venue.
Our staff will guide you to your seats.

  • After the application deadline, we will contact you at the registered address of the J League ID you logged in with at the time of application, up to two business days before the match date. An information email will be sent from "unei@fctokyo.co.jp".
    • If you have set up domain-specific reception, please configure "fctokyo.co.jp".
    • Please note that we cannot accept individual inquiries regarding the results of the lottery in case of a draw.
    • Starting from the 2025 season, a copy of the disability certificate will no longer be required for parking applications, and the username of the Mirairo ID will be necessary.

About Magnetic Loop Seats

At Ajinomoto Stadium, we have established "magnetic loop seats" for those using hearing aids to enjoy the experience. These seats utilize the "telecoil" function on hearing aids to deliver sound captured by a pickup microphone.
Advance reservations are required, and please note that those without a reservation cannot use these seats.
