Information on wheelchair seating

Wheelchair seats do not require advance reservation. Please purchase a ticket and come directly to the stadium.

    We will provide information about the games held at the Japan National Stadium on a separate official homepage.

  • For those with a disability certificate
    Customers using wheelchairs + 1 accompanying person: Please purchase "Home Free Seat" tickets.
    2 or more accompanying persons: Please purchase tickets for the wheelchair seating area to watch the game.
    • In matches where the South Side general admission seats are not open, the South Side rear wheelchair seats cannot be used.
  • If you do not have a disability certificate,
    please purchase tickets for the number of people who will be watching from the wheelchair seating area.
    • Main S Reserved Seat Front North Side Chair Seat, Main S Reserved Seat Front South Side Wheelchair Seat is prioritized for those with a disability certificate. Depending on the usage on the day, please note that you may be guided to the Main S Reserved Seat Rear North Side Wheelchair Seat or Main S Reserved Seat Rear South Side Wheelchair Seat.
[Visitor Wheelchair Seats]

Wheelchair seats where visitors can watch the game while wearing their team's uniform and merchandise are only available in the front and back south wheelchair seats of the Main S designated seats and the back wheelchair seats of the Visitor designated seats.
Please note that all other seats are designated as FC Tokyo cheering seats.

    2 or more accompanying persons: Please purchase tickets for the wheelchair seat type for viewing.
  • If you do not have a disability certificate,
    please purchase tickets for the number of people who will be watching from the wheelchair seating area.

Wheelchair Access

There is a dedicated entrance. You can also enter from the main gate.

  • Please make sure to bring your disability certificate as we may check it at the wheelchair entrance.

  • When applying for the first time this season, please be sure to submit a copy of your disability certificate to unei@fctokyo.co.jp. If we cannot confirm the submission of your disability certificate, your application will be invalid.
  • After the application deadline, we will contact you at the registered email address of your J-League ID that you used when applying, up until 2 business days before the match date. We will send the notification email from "unei@fctokyo.co.jp".
    • If you have set up domain specified reception, please set it to "fctokyo.co.jp".
    • Please note that we are unable to accept individual inquiries regarding the results of the lottery. Thank you for your understanding.

About Magnetic Loop Seats

At Ajinomoto Stadium, we have "magnetic loop seats" available for those who use hearing aids. These seats utilize the "telecoil" function on the hearing aids to deliver sound picked up by the microphone directly to the hearing aids.
Please note that advance reservation is required and those without a reservation will not be able to use these seats.

  • Tickets and invoices will be sent by mail up to 2 business days before the match day.
    • If you do not receive your tickets by the day before the match, please contact the following inquiry desk.
