Wheelchair and Universal Seat Viewing Guide
Wheelchair and universal seats will be introduced from the 2025 season at FC Tokyo home games.
We will provide separate information on matches held at the Japan National Stadium on the official homepage.
Seating arrangement
- Wheelchair Home Main and Back Free Seats
- Wheelchair Accessible North Stand General Admission
- Wheelchair Mixed General Admission
- Wheelchair Visitor Free Seat
- Universal Free Seating
We will set and operate the above 5 seat types.
- The only seats where you can watch the game while wearing the visiting team's uniform and merchandise are the "Wheelchair Mix Free Seats" and "Wheelchair Visitor Free Seats".
Other seats will be FC Tokyo's cheering seats.
- The seating chart for events held at the Japan National Stadium will be announced on the FC Tokyo official website at a later date.

The above four seat types will be sold through Mirairo Tickets in the Mirairo ID digital disability handbook Mirairo ID.
- To purchase with Mirairo Ticket, registration of disability certificate is required on Mirairo ID. Also, various personal information registered on Mirairo ID will be managed only by Mirairo Co., Ltd. It takes 3 business days to register Mirairo ID.
Please carefully read the "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Use" set by Mirairo Co., Ltd. when registering for Mirairo ID.

・Universal Free Seat
The above seat type will be sold through "J-League Ticket".
- Universal free seats are seats that can be used by people with disabilities, elderly people, pregnant women, and others who have difficulty using stairs in various situations.
- "Wheelchair Home Main/Back Free Seats", "Wheelchair Home North Stand Seats", "Wheelchair Mix Free Seats", "Wheelchair Visitor Free Seats" are available for purchase up to 1 account per person. "Persons with a disability certificate" can purchase up to 1 ticket, and "companions" can purchase up to 3 tickets. Please purchase from each page as "persons with a disability certificate" and "companions" are considered separate ticket types.
"Universal Free Seat" allows a maximum of 1 "representative" ticket and a maximum of 3 "accompanying" tickets per account. Please purchase from each respective page as they are different seat types for "representative" and "accompanying" tickets. - If you wish to purchase tickets for "accompanying persons" at the same time, please select the "representative" ticket and proceed to the cart screen. Then, please proceed to select the "accompanying persons" ticket by clicking the "Find other seats" button.
- The price list for events held at the Japan National Stadium will be announced again on the FC Tokyo official website.
Wheelchair Access
There is a dedicated entrance. Entry is also possible from the Keio (main) gate.
After entering, please speak to the general information inside the venue.
We will guide you to your seat by the staff.
Disabled Parking
Pre-registration is required. Please note that parking is not available for those who do not apply.

- After the application deadline, we will contact you at the registered email address of your J-League ID that you logged in with when you applied, up to 2 business days before the match date. We will send the notification email from unei@fctokyo.co.jp.
- If you have set up domain specified reception, please set it to "fctokyo.co.jp".
- Please note that we are unable to accept individual inquiries regarding the results of the lottery. Thank you for your understanding.
- Starting from the 2025 season, a copy of the disability certificate will no longer be required for parking permit applications, and a Mirairo ID username will be necessary.
About Magnetic Loop Seats
At Ajinomoto Stadium, we have set up "magnetic loop seats" that can be enjoyed by those who use hearing aids. These seats use the "telecoil" function on the hearing aid to deliver sound picked up by a microphone.
Please note that advance reservation is required and those without reservations cannot use this service.
