Q: The training on the second day of my appointment has finished. How is the atmosphere of the team?
A, I am proud to be able to fight as a member of this club. I am very excited and feel the high potential of the Tokyo club and its players. In order to move forward step by step toward our dream, we have also identified clear challenges that need to be addressed.
Q: Please tell us the points that need to be clarified in order for the club to aim for greater heights in the future.
A, I believe it encompasses everything about football. There are many things we must do as a team. We will continue efforts to improve every aspect—defense, offense, and set-piece accuracy—and aim to express these fully in matches. My top priority is to bring a winner's mentality to this club and lift trophies. That is our dream, our primary goal, and our ambition. Of course, it's easy to say this in words. Players and staff must demonstrate it through their actions.
We want to create excitement and enthusiasm together with the spectators. We aim to show a courageous fighting spirit. To deliver a perfect performance, each element must be carefully coordinated. Hard work is essential to take these steps. However, by improving each step one by one, I believe we will build a team that no one can stop. As I mentioned earlier, hard work is an indispensable factor for that.

Q: Please tell us about the style of football that Coach Klamovski ultimately aims for.
A. It is about building the "Tokyo Style." Playing with passionate and aggressive play, fighting bravely in both offense and defense with strength and intensity is important. We want to involve all of Tokyo with football full of emotion. We must express play that makes fans and supporters feel even more attracted.
Q, yesterday's first meeting left a strong impression on me.
A, I want to value each step with the players. I want to share a clear way of fighting as a team with them, and create an environment where the players can find solutions and make decisions on the pitch. I want to show a clear path on which direction we must move forward.
Q: What did you feel when you observed the Levain Cup match against SANGA S?
A, I think it was a match that truly embodied the fighting spirit. The Tokyo I know is a club that expresses the spirit of battle. Seeing such spirit and scenes in the match against Kyoto was also inspiring for me. I am proud that the players and staff united to secure victory and advance to the Prime Stage. As a team, we must take each step carefully. We will create a team that excites fans and supporters when they watch the match, with plays that make them want to jump up, and a team so attractive that they want to rush to the stadium to watch the game immediately. Of course, there are points that need improvement, but I also want to highlight the good aspects we were able to express in the match against Kyoto.
Q: Please tell us what you felt again while communicating with the players.
A, football is all connected. Attack leads to defense, and defense leads to attack. A complete performance is required in everything. In all aspects, we want to be able to express our own rules and play in every match. It is important to work harder than the opponent, win the battle, and evolve our football in every match. Rather than looking too far ahead, we want to firmly focus on the match in front of us.
