Q: The training on the second day of my appointment has finished. How is the atmosphere of the team?
I am proud to be able to fight as a member of this club. I am very excited and feel the high potential of the club and the players in Tokyo. In order to move step by step towards our dreams, we have also identified clear challenges that need to be addressed.
Q: Please tell us the points that need to be clarified in order for the club to aim for greater heights in the future.
I believe it is everything about football. There are many things we must do as a team. We need to continue our efforts to improve in all areas, including defense, offense, and the accuracy of set plays, so that we can express ourselves well in matches. My top priority is to bring a winning mentality to this club and lift trophies. That is a dream for us, our primary goal, and our ambition. Of course, it is easy to convey in words. However, the players and staff must demonstrate it through actions.
I want to create excitement and enthusiasm together with the viewers. I want to seek a courageous fighting spirit. To deliver a perfect performance, we must connect each element carefully. Hard work is essential to take this step. However, by elevating each of these steps, I believe we can create a team that cannot be stopped by anyone. As I mentioned earlier, hard work is an indispensable element for that.

Q: Please tell us about the style of football that Coach Klamovski ultimately aims for.
A, it is to build a 'Tokyo style'. It is important to play aggressively with passion, fighting bravely in both offense and defense with strength and intensity. I want to involve the entire Tokyo community with emotional football. We must express a style of play that makes our fans and supporters feel even more captivated.
Q, yesterday's first meeting left a strong impression on me.
I want to cherish each process with the players. I want to share a clear way of fighting as a team with them, and create an environment where the players can lead solutions and make decisions during play when they are fighting on the pitch. I want to show a clear path on which direction we need to go.
Q: What did you feel when you observed the Levain Cup match against SANGA S?
I think it was a match that truly embodied the fighting spirit. The Tokyo I know is a club that expresses the fighting spirit. Being able to witness such scenes in the match against Kyoto was inspiring for me as well. I am proud that the players and staff came together to achieve victory and secure a place in the Prime Stage. As a team, we must take each step forward. We will create a team that excites fans and supporters, with plays that make them jump up in excitement and want to run to the stadium to watch the match. Of course, there are points we need to improve, but I also want to add the good aspects that we were able to express in the match against Kyoto.
Q: Please tell us what you felt again while communicating with the players.
A, football is all connected. The attack connects to the defense, and the defense connects to the attack. A complete performance is required in all aspects. We want to express our rules and play in every match across all elements. It is important to work harder than the opponent, to win battles, and to evolve our football in every match. Rather than looking too far ahead, we want to focus firmly on the match in front of us.
