Peter CKLAMOVSKI Manager Inauguration Interview
"Bringing excitement and enthusiasm"

Q, the second day of training has ended since taking office. How is the team's atmosphere?
A, I am proud to be a part of this club. I am very excited and I feel the potential of the Tokyo club and its players. In order to move towards our dreams, we have also found tasks that need to be cleared one step at a time.

Q, please tell us the points that we should clearly aim for as a club in the future.
A, I think it's all about football. I think there are a lot of things that we have to do as a team. We will continue to work on improving all aspects, including defense, offense, and set piece accuracy, and we want to be able to express ourselves firmly in the game. I want to bring a winning mentality to this club and my top priority is to raise the trophy. It is our dream, our ultimate goal, and our ambition. Of course, it's easy to say it in words. Players and staff must show it in action.
We want to create excitement and enthusiasm together with the viewers. We want to see the team fight with courage. In order to give a perfect performance, we must carefully coordinate each and every step. To take this step, hard work is essential. However, by improving each and every step, we believe that an unstoppable team will be created. As I mentioned earlier, hard work is an essential element for this.

Q, Please tell us the style of football that Coach Peter CKLAMOVSKI ultimately aims for.
Our goal is to build a "Tokyo style". It is important to play aggressively with passion, strength, and intensity, and to bravely fight in both offense and defense. We want to involve the entire city of Tokyo with our emotional football. We must express plays that will make our fans and supporters feel even more attracted.

Q, yesterday's first meeting left a lasting impression.
A, I want to value each process with the players. I want to share a clear way of fighting as a team with them, and I want to create an environment where they can lead the way and make decisions on the pitch. I want to show a clear path of which direction we need to go.

Q, What did you feel when you observed the Kyoto Sanga F.C. match of the Levain Cup?
It was a game that truly embodied our fighting spirit. Tokyo is a club that expresses this fighting spirit, and seeing it in action during the Kyoto match was inspiring for me. I am proud that our players and staff came together as one to secure victory and advance to the prime stage. As a team, we must continue to take each step forward. We will create an exciting and attractive team that will make our fans and supporters thrilled to watch, jumping out of their seats and running to the stadium to see us play. Of course, there are areas that we need to improve on, but I also want to highlight the positive aspects that we were able to demonstrate during the Kyoto match.

Q, Please tell us what you felt again while communicating with the players.
A, Football is all connected. Attack is connected to defense, and defense is connected to attack. A complete performance is required in all aspects. We want to be able to express our own rules and plays in every game in all elements. It is important to work harder than the opponent, win the battle, and evolve our football in every game. Instead of looking too far ahead, we want to focus on the game in front of us.
