Q: Please tell us about the circumstances and decision regarding joining Tokyo.
A, it was truly a difficult decision. The main reason for my decision was that the club clearly showed its vision. They thoroughly explained how I could contribute to the team and what tasks I would be given in relation to that vision. I strongly felt that when the club achieves its vision, I would inevitably achieve my own goals as well. At 29 years old this year, I feel that I do not have much time left as a player. It was a difficult decision, but I chose to fight as a member of Tokyo.
Q: What kind of conversation did you have with Coach Peter CKLAMOVSKI after practice?
We reflected on the meeting and discussed the style of play that Coach Klamovski is looking for. It was conveyed that we should express a high level of intensity and play to our strengths.
Q: Please tell us your strengths.
I want you to see my sprinting ability and my high one-on-one skills in both offense and defense. Especially when it comes to speed and sprinting competitions, I don't want to lose. I believe that to survive as a professional soccer player, you need overwhelming weapons, and I want to demonstrate my presence through my sprinting and high one-on-one skills in both offense and defense.

Q: July 7th (Friday) was the first day of practice. Please share your impressions and the atmosphere after joining.
A, there are really many kind players, and they created an atmosphere that makes it easy to join the team.
Q: Are there any players you have played with in the past on your team?
Although it was halfway through the season, Seiji KIMURA played together with Tsuyoshi KODAMA for about one and a half seasons during their time at Kyoto SANGA F.C. and Ehime FC.
Q: It seems that you started your career in the JFL and are steadily stepping up.
A, for the past 10 years, I have been playing as a J-League player, but to be honest, I think I have spent more time struggling than succeeding. However, during that time, I worked on addressing my challenges and weaknesses one by one, and I received an offer from Tokyo at a time when my performance was in a good state. I believe that what I have built up to this point is not a mistake, and considering my age, I think this is my last chance, so I want to take a gamble on my life.

Q: Based on past matches, please tell us your impression of Tokyo.
A, there was a strong impression that the team was previously based on solid defense and quick counterattacks, but in the last few seasons, it seems to have shifted to a possession-based style of play, taking control of the game. Additionally, the quality of all the players is very high, and after the appointment of coach Peter CKLAMOVSKI, I particularly felt that the aspect of running and fighting has significantly increased during our matches.
Q: How would you like fans and supporters to call you?
Please, with Kosuke.
Q: Please send a message to the fans and supporters.
I want to fully utilize my strengths and characteristics, such as sprinting ability and strength in one-on-one situations, to contribute to the team's victory. Thank you for your support.
