Q, please review the camp so far.
A, blessed with good weather and provided with a wonderful environment by warm people, we are having a very fulfilling camp.
Q: With the addition of Jakub SLOWIK, the competition for the goalkeeper position has intensified.
A, I have always approached this with a strong competitive spirit, and I believe that I was able to participate in many matches last season within that competition. I think I can continue to compete firmly, so I want to maintain my stance as before, put everything I have into it, and not overthink it.
Q: It seems that the goalkeepers are able to practice in a good atmosphere with each other.
A, we are able to do it in a good atmosphere, and we are pushing each other to improve. I am learning a lot from players like Kodama and Jakub SLOWIK, so we are able to practice in a good relationship.
Q: Please tell us what you are working on as a challenge during the camp, in response to the style of football that Coach Albert PUIG ORTONEDA aims for.
There are many demands, so while trying to meet those, I want to get closer to what the coach is asking for, while also continuing to showcase my strengths.
Q: We are ramping up towards the season opener with practice matches against J1 teams. Please share your enthusiasm.
I hope to showcase the play that the coach is asking for and deliver a good performance by the time the season starts. While results are important, I want to make this camp more focused on realizing the style of football that the coach is seeking.
