Notes
- One course membership is available per person.
- Please note that you cannot join the Big Frame Premium by ranking up.
- If you upgrade from regular membership to join Big Frames, please note that you will receive one complimentary ticket for all seat types.
- You will need to obtain a J.League ID upon joining. Additionally, each person requires one J.League ID. (You cannot complete the membership process for multiple people with a single J.League ID.)
- You can obtain one J.League ID per email address. (Please note that you cannot register multiple J.League IDs with one email address.)
- Those who apply by January 5, 2025 (Sunday) will have their membership cards and benefits sent out in early February. Applications received after this date will be shipped sequentially starting in late February. Additionally, the coupon codes (serial keys) for ticket discount coupons and invitation tickets for all seat types will be available for confirmation on your My Page starting in February (the specific date and time will be announced later).
- The registration information you provide at the time of application will be the same as your J.League ID registration information. If you change either one, the other registration information will also be updated.
- If you need to change your registered address after applying, please do not make changes within My Page until your membership card arrives. Instead, contact the OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP office via email (Contact: membership@fctokyo.co.jp).
- Various membership benefits will be available for use once your payment is completed.
- If you obtain tickets using the membership benefit ticket discount coupon or an invitation ticket valid for all ticket types and do not attend, please note that you cannot use the rights again for another match.
- Discount sales at member special prices are limited to 4 tickets per person per match.
- If you are applying for SOCIO, you can apply simultaneously on the SOCIO membership screen.
- Each membership benefit item is limited in quantity, so please be aware in advance.
- Membership benefit ticket discount coupons or invitation tickets applicable to all ticket types cannot be used for sold-out matches, so please be aware of this in advance.
- Membership benefit ticket discount coupons or invitation tickets applicable to all ticket types may not be valid for certain matches, so please be aware in advance.
- Membership benefit ticket discount coupons and all ticket types invitation tickets cannot be carried over to the following year, so please use them within this season.
- When changing the reserved seat, the ticket fee payment will be the "amount for the new seat after the change" minus the "amount paid at the time of arranging the initially reserved seat." If you change the reserved seat using membership benefits such as ticket discount coupons or invitation tickets applicable to all ticket types, please note that the "amount paid at the time of arranging the initially reserved seat" does not include the discount amount, so the discount will not be deducted from the amount for the new seat after the change.

About Automatic Renewal
Automatic renewal will be implemented for membership for the 2025 season.
Please note that the automatic renewal confirmation period varies depending on the course.

If you have chosen automatic renewal for the 2024 season, we will send you an email with information on how to change your registration details, so please check it.
If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal, please proceed with the changes to your registration during the designated period.
Automatic renewal will be implemented for membership for the 2025 season.
For those who selected automatic renewal upon joining the 2024 season, automatic renewal will be implemented.
Changes can be made from Dec 3, 2024 (Tue) 12:00 to Dec 15 (Sun) 23:59.
If you do not wish to continue automatically, please complete the cancellation procedure within the above period.

Additionally, you can choose automatic renewal for membership for the 2026 season when applying for the 2025 season.
If you wish, please select "I would like to opt for automatic renewal" when applying.
