• Q.Will the match be held even in the rain?

  A.In principle, it will be held as usual. If it is canceled, we will inform you on the official homepage and other platforms.

• Q.Are there seats that are not wet from the rain?

  A.Ajinomoto Stadium has a partial roof, but rain may blow in due to the front section and the direction and intensity of the wind and rain. We recommend bringing rain gear (raincoats).

• Q.Are there wheelchair seats available? How can I purchase tickets?

  A.We have wheelchair seating available. Seats are not reserved in advance, so please purchase tickets for your desired viewing area (Main S or Home/Visitor Free Seating) and come to the venue.

• Q.Are there services available for people with disabilities?

  A.We provide wheelchair seats, magnetic loop seats, and parking for people with disabilities for those who hold a "disability certificate." Please note that the number of available seats is limited, so we may not be able to accommodate all requests if there are many applications.
  We do not offer discount services for the elderly.

• Q.Can I bring food, drinks, or plastic bottles into the stadium?

  A.Food and beverages, as well as plastic bottles, are allowed to be brought in (there are no size restrictions for plastic bottles). Glass bottles and cans cannot be brought in, so please transfer them to paper cups at the entrance gate.

• Q.Can I re-enter?

  A.The operation method varies by each match, so please check the game information for each match.

• Q.What time does the gate open?

  A.In the regular league matches, SOCIO entry is scheduled for 2 hours and 15 minutes before kickoff, and general entry is scheduled for 2 hours before kickoff. However, this may change depending on ticket sales. Please check the game information for each match.

• Q.Is there a parking lot at the stadium?

  A.There is no parking available for general visitors at FC Tokyo's home games. We kindly ask you to use public transportation to attend.

• Q.Please tell me how to access the stadium.

  A.It is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest station, Tobitakyu Station on the Keio Line.

• Q.What should I do if I forget something or find something during the match?

  A.On the day of the match, please visit the general information desk located in the concourse (main and back) or ask a nearby staff member for assistance. On days other than match days, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the Ajinomoto Stadium Disaster Prevention Center.

• Q.Are there childcare facilities and nursing rooms? Is it possible to bring and use strollers?

  A.・FC Tokyo provides a nursery (childcare service). This is a temporary childcare service to ensure that customers with small children can enjoy the match with peace of mind. Reservations are required in advance.

  ・Nursing rooms are available in two locations: the main area and the bag area. Staff will guide you, so please ask at the general information desk.
  
  - Strollers are allowed. If you bring them to your seat, please cooperate by not obstructing other seats or the aisle. You can also have them stored at each entrance gate, so if you wish, please ask the staff.
