[Player and Coach Comments]

Both teams showed a quiet start in the early stages.

Iwaki.FC gradually maintained possession of the ball.
They are trying to shake up the Tokyo defense with intricate passing. Although they approached the goal in the 6th and 9th minutes, the defense responded and protected the goal.
Tokyo's DF line attempts to create a starting point with Hayashi and Hanya breaking through with long balls, but they cannot maintain possession of the ball up front.
Tokyo's first shot came in the 13th minute, as Hayashi received a vertical pass in the center of the opponent's half and connected it to Uchida.
Hayashi goes around Uchida, and Uchida takes a shot from a cut-in, but it gets blocked by the defender.
Both teams struggled to create clear chances, and unexpectedly faced a crisis.
In the 25th minute, after being pressed by Iwaki.G's front line, Uchida made a passing error in front of his own penalty area, allowing a shot on an empty goal, but it went over the bar.
Then, Tokyo succeeded in taking the lead. In the 30th minute, Hayashi received the ball in the center in front of the penalty area from Kiji, creating a play, and passed it to Suzuki.
Suzuki's shot from distance pierced the left side of the goal and shook the net.
After that, Iwaki.G maintained possession of the ball for a longer time, but the defense led by Enomoto responded, ending the first half with a score of 1-0.

【Halftime】
Coach Nakamura's Comments
"Everyone needs to play with more responsibility."
Defense involves pushing the ball to the side and taking it away.
Create a base in the front line and create opportunities in the attack.

【Second Half】
Tokyo replaced Takahashi and Hantani with Kobayashi and Shinada.
Hinata and Suzuki as double defensive midfielders. Kobayashi is positioned on the left side, and Uchida has slid into the top position.
Iwaki.G also substituted the GK, and the second half begins.
Tokyo, who actively initiated the attack, created a play in the center of the opponent's territory at the 50th minute, connecting to Yanagi who burst out on the right side.
Yanagi dribbles vertically and delivers a slightly negative ground cross to Hayashi, who has entered the center just in front of the penalty area, allowing for a direct shot.
Although the net shook, it was determined that the Tokyo player was involved with the ball in front of the opposing GK, resulting in an offside.
In the 61st minute, Uchida was substituted for Matsuoka, who entered as a playmaker and added further momentum.
Immediately after, in the 62nd minute, Yanagi broke through on the right side and connected with Kobayashi, creating a chance but failing to score.
In the 63rd minute, Hiraoka persevered and broke through on the right side. Matsuoka aimed a precise shot from a negative cross, but it was blocked by the crossbar.
Shinada aims for this loose ball but just misses the target.
In the 73rd minute, after winning a free kick in the opponent's half, Shinada moved to the center.
Although the opposing defender changed the course, Suzuki headed the ball towards the goal, but the opposing goalkeeper's excellent save prevented a scoring opportunity.
Tokyo struggled to score additional points, but Hayashi scored powerfully two minutes into stoppage time.
Hayashi, who ran up the center on a counterattack, skillfully evaded the opponent and calmly finished in a one-on-one with the GK after sprinting approximately 45 meters alone.
The match ended with Tokyo winning 2-0.

Thank you very much for your passionate support for FC Tokyo today.
We appreciate your continued warm support.

【Coach Nakamura's Comment】
"Before the match, the staff created a video of the earthquake and showed it to the players."
I told the players that giving 100 percent effort for the children and fans/supporters who came to the venue today is something that must be done even more than in official matches.
In the first half, we weren't able to play good football, so I communicated that we couldn't end the game like this at halftime. We discussed that instead of being passive, we should take the initiative and launch an attack that would overwhelm the opponent.
In the second half, from the start, the players moved forward towards the goal.
Although there were 2 goals, I believe the players showed their determination towards the goal to the fans and supporters.
Iwaki.G also has an important match next week, so they came with very high motivation, and although it was a charity match, we were able to have an intense game.
Thank you to all the fans and supporters who came out today to cheer us on.

【Player Comments】
《Takahashi》
"Five years have passed since the earthquake, and both players and the general public are gradually starting to forget that fact."
I believe that for those affected, the scars will last a lifetime. Although I personally did not have anyone close to me who was affected, we are all carrying wounds that are unimaginable.
We may not be able to share 100 percent of our feelings, but this was a charity match where we aimed to do what we can.
There were youth players, but I believe that as a professional club, FC Tokyo was able to showcase the players.
Before the match, they showed a video summarizing the events of the earthquake, allowing us to once again feel the magnitude of the disaster and the emotions of those affected, leaving us with many lasting impressions.
Once you step onto the pitch, you set aside those feelings and focus on playing. While there are limits to what a football player can do, I believe it is important to maximize what you can do on the field.
In the first half, there were new members, and it felt like we were building a foundation while creating the team.
I think the coach made adjustments at halftime, and in the second half, we were able to showcase the abilities of Hayashi, Yanagi, and Hiraoka. The youth players were also able to demonstrate their individual characteristics, so I believe we showed a match that we can be proud of.
