I told the players that they must give 100% of their strength to the children and fans/supporters who came to the venue today, which is something that they must do more than in official matches.
In the first half, we were not able to play good soccer and we told each other that we couldn't end it like this at halftime. We talked about being proactive and attacking the opponent to overwhelm them, instead of just receiving the ball.
In the second half, the players kept pushing forward towards the goal from the very beginning.
The goal was 2 points, but I think the players showed their attitude towards the goal to the fans and supporters.
Iwaki also had an important match next week, so they came with a very high motivation, and even though it was a charity match, it was a fierce game.

"It has been five years since the earthquake, and both players and the general public have slowly started to forget about it."
I think the wounds will last a lifetime for those who have been affected. Although no one close to me has been affected, we ourselves have suffered unimaginable wounds.
It may not be possible to fully share our feelings, but it was a charity match where we did what we could and said let's do it.
There were also youth players, but I think it was possible for them to show their skills as players for a professional club called FC Tokyo.
Before the match, they showed us a video summarizing the events of the earthquake, and it allowed us to once again feel the magnitude of the damage and the feelings of those affected by the disaster. There were many things that stayed with us in our hearts before the match.
Once you step onto the pitch, you have to put those feelings aside and focus on playing. As a soccer player, there are limitations to what you can do, but I believe it is important to give your all in what you can do.
The first half was a feeling of building a foundation while creating the team with the first members.
During halftime, the coach made adjustments and in the second half, I think we were able to show the abilities of Hayashi, Yanagi, and Hiraoka. The youth players were also able to showcase their individual strengths, so I think we were able to put on a respectable performance.
