[Player/Coach Comments]

It was a victory that the fans, supporters, players, and staff all came together to grasp.

FC Tokyo U-23, located in last place with 6 points after 10 matches in the 2016 Meiji Yasuda J3 League, with 1 win, 3 draws, and 6 losses.
Sec. 11 at the home stadium of AC Nagano Parceiro, currently in 4th place with 18 points, "Nagano Minami Sports Park General Ball Game Stadium".
Tokyo's starting eleven is GK Go HATANO, who will make his J3 League debut.
The DF line consists of YANAGI, SUZUKI, and OKAZAKI as a three-back from the right.
In the midfield, place Nozawa in the anchor position and Kono and Sasaki as inside halves.
Both WBs have just registered as Komano and special designated players, with Koyama on the left side.
The front line is set up by Hirayama and Insoo YU in a 3-5-2 formation.
Nagano, on the other hand, has Kondo, who has also played for FC Tokyo in the front line, and experienced Arata.
In the center back position, Sakata is stationed and the center line is solidified with experienced players in a 4-4-2 formation.
A team known for their powerful attacks from long balls.
Insoo YU and Ningineer.S, along with about 100 fans and supporters, watched the game from the Tokyo goal end and main stand.

【First Half】
In the first half, Tokyo dominated the game.
Although there was a time when Nagano dominated the ball, Yagi and Okazaki pressed hard against Nagano's top two, not giving them any freedom.
Even against the opponent's long ball, all players concentrate on picking up the second ball and seizing the flow.
Tokyo starts to approach the goal from the left side as Yukino receives the ball and starts to create rhythm.
The first chance came in the 13th minute, when Suzuki from the DF line carried the ball to the midfield and passed it vertically to Insoo YU.
When connected to Koyama, Koyama passes to Sasaki, who is positioned outside the PA of Grander, and aims for the goal with his right foot, but it goes to the right of the frame.
Furthermore, at the 17th minute, Oyama, who had entered from the left side, received a vertical pass.
Hiraoka jumps out behind this at the right timing, but the opponent GK jumps out first and catches it slightly.
Tokyo continued to connect the ball while changing positions, not allowing Nagano's defense to focus on a target.
As the battle for the ball continues in the midfield, Tokyo takes the lead with a goal from the restart.
31 minutes, when receiving a foul on the left side of the opponent's center, Yukino quickly restarts.
Insoo YU breaks through vertically and enters the PA with a dribble. As he cuts in from the left side, he twists and turns with his left foot to the far side.
Tokyo, who continued to attack, further strengthened their offensive in the 32nd minute, as Komano broke through from the right side with a one-two pass with Hiraoka and sent a minus cross to the center of the Grander.
Sasaki jumps in here and tries to score with a right-footed direct shot, but misses the goal, missing the chance for an additional point.
Tokyo, riding on momentum, launches attacks by skillfully using both long and short passes.
The 40th minute saw a close attempt at goal with intricate passing.
Nawaz and Sasaki will make precise passes in the center of the opponent's field to break through.
Finally, Nozawa connected with Yukino, but Yukino's powerful long shot was blocked by the opposing GK's great defense.
In the 43rd minute, Insoo YU received a long pass from Okazaki on the left side while drifting.
This is surrounded by two opposing DFs and is crushed, but Tokyo unleashes a variety of attacks.
In the latter half of the first half, they allowed crosses from free kicks and other plays, but the defense bounced back and they went into halftime with a 1-0 lead.

【Halftime】
Coach Yasuma's Comment
"We need to continue to focus and work together on defense like we did in the first half. Let's enter the game with a strong determination. We will definitely win and go home."

【Second Half】
Both teams entered the second half without making any substitutions.
Tokyo, who wanted to dominate the game as they did in the first half, had a shot from Hirayama hitting the post from the right side of the PA, but they couldn't score another goal and the momentum shifted to Nagano.
Nagano also kicks long balls towards the two top players from near the center line and from low positions on both sides.
In contrast, Tokyo's DF line is not pushed up, and everyone enters their own territory, with the DF line also stationed in front of the PA, thoroughly bouncing back.
58 minutes, a cross from the right side is met on the far side, but Go HATANO stretches his body for a good defense.
They continued to be pushed in and gradually the distance between the midfield and the front line widened, making it difficult to hold onto the ball even when it was passed to the front line.
Tokyo tries to change the flow by bringing in Uchida, but it's not easy to change.
Nagano also substitutes two players in the front line and increases the pressure.
In the 72nd minute, the ball was taken in the midfield and received a counter, but Yukino returned a long distance and responded.
Stay focused and continue to endure together.
In the 77th minute, Yukihiro cramps up and has to leave the pitch. Tokyo, who has used all of their substitution players, defends with 10 players.
In addition, goalkeeper Go HATANO maximized his weapon of height against Nagano, who was increasing their offensive pressure.
77 minutes, deflecting the opponent's high middle shot with a punch.
In the 79th minute, Nagano took a tactic of crowding the goal against the opponent's right corner kick, but Go HATANO caught the cross.
Continuing, in the 81st minute, Go HATANO jumps out to catch a long ball from the shallow left side, just before the PA. This shows the breadth of his defensive range.
Kono also returned to the pitch, and Tokyo, who endured together, defended with Nozawa and Insoo YU despite their legs cramping.
Kono received his second yellow card of the day and was sent off in the 90+1st minute.
Tokyo, who held on with 10 players, created a decisive chance in additional time, but Go HATANO made a great save against Nagano.
We held on until the end together and grabbed our second victory.

Thank you very much for your passionate support for FC Tokyo U-23 today.
Thank you for your continued warm support.

[Summary of Manager Yasuma's Press Conference]

"First of all, I am proud of the players who participated in the club youth championship the day before and trained with the opponents of the top team, without any excuses, and challenged this match."
In addition, we are truly grateful to all the fans and supporters who chose to support our game during the J1 Gamba Osaka match at home, and for their sake, we entered the game with the determination to win.
I think that feeling was solidified and led to this result.
The match was able to showcase spectacular football with a slightly different shape than usual.
In the second half, I thought that long balls would come from somewhere at some point, but we were attacked with long balls from the start of the second half, and our line became lower against the opponent's strong point. However, until the very end, the young players defended while entrusting their bodies and preventing the shooting course. It was not just about skill, but also about the need for such developments in a match. I think it was a big lesson for the players in the future.
The scoring scene was a quick start, but I think it was a play that had a strong intention and surprised both the receiver and the passer, and it was good that I was able to show my strength as an individual who can dribble and attack on my own.
Above all, when I see the players coming together after scoring or after the game, it's difficult to practice as a team, but I think it's proof that we have been communicating and building together within the time given to us. So, we will continue to work hard every day to have even better games and to be able to respond to the fans and supporters who come to watch us.

【Player Comments】
《Go HATANO》
"It was my debut match, but I was able to prepare as usual and approach the game in my usual condition."
Throughout the game, we were able to continue shouting to the defense, which allowed us to actively challenge high balls.
However, we have also found some issues and would like to practice and make corrections in finer details such as positioning.
As a team, we were able to pick up second balls and bounce back well, even though the opponent's attack was mostly long balls, so we didn't feel like we were going to concede any goals throughout the game.
(What is your enthusiasm for the next match?) I want to contribute to the team's victory without conceding any goals.
