[Player/Coach Comments]
"Go HATANO"
(Looking back on the match)
"The result is disappointing, but I think I could have done better, so I want to push myself even harder."
(About coordination with the DF line)
"In practice, I played with Yoshimoto and Yamada, so there were no problems with coordination. However, if I could have given more instructions, I don't think we would have conceded the third goal. My individual mistakes led to goals, so I want to be more conscious of giving instructions from practice."
(There were also some great saves?)
"Even though I came on as a substitute, we still conceded a goal. As a GK, I have to protect the goal, so I felt like I need to practice more."
"Takuya UCHIDA"
(Looking back on today's match)
"I am honestly happy to have played in the top team, but unfortunately we lost the game."
"I still have a lot to work on, so I want to increase my performance in the top team and contribute to the team's victory."
(Did it look like you were playing quite calmly?)
"At first I was nervous, but I made sure not to make any mistakes in my first play after the substitution. As time went by, I was able to play more calmly, but I still made a lot of mistakes. So I want to reduce those mistakes and create opportunities."
"Summary of Coach Yoshiyuki SHINODA's Press Conference"
"I am reflecting on the very disappointing result. Above all, conceding a goal at that time was a big blow. Still, I thought we could manage with the least amount of goals conceded. We had players sent off and asked them how to come back from a 0-2 situation. We were able to create chances and I want to commend the players' attitude. However, just having a good effort and "we did it" attitude is not enough to achieve anything."
What we are looking for is the result of victory, and just working hard is not enough because we believe there is no future. So, we want to make sure they have a strong attitude towards their future training and games, and we want to see if they can control the game. The attitude was good, we created chances, but it was still an unsatisfying game.
《Q&A》
Q=It seemed to take a long time for the switch to turn on, but the main reason was that the defense line was pulled by Iwata's Ogawa player. However, although we were able to adjust the line to the shadow, the ball-side CB was unable to approach the shadow that had dropped even further, causing the entire team to drop back. I think this was the main cause.
We couldn't win against the opponent's long ball. That was one of the reasons why we couldn't grasp the team's rhythm. After we were down one player, the tempo was better and the ball movement and movement off the ball were faster, so I think that's something we all need to reflect on.
"Iwata - Manager Hiroshi NANAMI's Press Conference Summary"
"I talked to the players about continuing the good rhythm of the league and not holding back and giving it their all as it is a chance to show themselves. I think it was a game where both teams showed their strengths from the beginning."
FC Tokyo, who became 10 players, showed their faces in between, and we were also struggling while making use of the driving force of the previous players and the speed to carry forward. I think the lack of coordination in the 3-back was a point of reflection. The control of the line was also a problem, as when there were 11 players, we were able to make back passes and throw-ins up to 7-8 meters, but after becoming 10 players, we became negligent, so that is something we need to work on in the future.
In the second half, after the first 10 minutes, I thought if we could survive the next 15 minutes, it would become our game, so I switched to a 4-back formation.
We were scored one point, and I think it taught us that we still lack strength, so we want to do our best for the next league away game against Kashiwa.
