[Player/Coach Comments]

"Akihiro HAYASHI"
(Regarding being able to finish today's match without conceding any goals)
"I think we were lucky to keep a clean sheet. If the ball had hit the post a little more inside, it would have been a goal. Overall, it was a match with a lot of things to reflect on, so I am not satisfied. It's my birthday, but I didn't feel like everything was going smoothly, so I want to tighten up and keep going."

(Did you receive any birthday celebrations from anyone?)
"It was great to receive congratulations from both my teammates in the locker room after the game and also from the fans and supporters."

(After the game, a birthday song was sung from the stands. Has this ever happened before?)
"No, it hasn't. It was the first time. I really wanted to win today, so I'm really glad we were able to win."

"Keigo HIGASHI"
(It was a victory away from home, but what are your thoughts on today's match?)
"We knew it would be a difficult match away from home, but our mission today was to win and we were able to achieve that. It was also good that we were able to score two goals from set pieces, which I think was tough for the opponent. Ota's kicks are also tough for the opponent, so it was good that we were able to take advantage of that. We could have scored more goals from the flow of the game, but we were able to create chances and play the way we wanted, so we want to continue that in the future."

(Are you struggling with your condition due to the consecutive games?)
"Today was also hot, and I got a little tired towards the end. Some players didn't play, and some players played continuously, but the coach and staff are controlling it well, so even though we have a game in two days, we want to focus on the next Levain Cup and fight in the game in front of us. No matter which player plays, if we can't play the same soccer, it won't improve the team as a whole. We want to fight as a team."

"Press Conference Summary by Coach Yoshiyuki SHINODA"
"Above all, it was great to be able to work hard for the full 90 minutes and earn 3 points. We want to prepare positively for the next game."
The match was played by Sendai, using the field widely and hitting long balls to Chrislan player in a system that stands in between. Ishihara (Naoki) player took a troublesome position, but somehow managed to finish without letting the opponent score. However, the number of times we lost the ball after taking it in both halves was very high. That is a challenge, and we also need to push the opponent a little more and move the ball to continue playing.
The goal from the set play was just as planned, and (Yu Okubo) was able to cleverly fill in the gaps for the second ball. Our biggest goal is to score even if it's a dirty goal, so I think it was good overall.
"We have identified various challenges, so we want to prepare together for each one and move forward firmly."

《Q&A》
Q=After the game, Mita ran to the Tokyo bench. What words were spoken to him?
"Tama (Mita) was someone I spent a long time with as a coach since he came in, and I was very happy to see him fighting on the pitch. When he came, I said "Congratulations on 100 games." I also told him, "I will continue to watch you as a strong center."
"We talked about how today was our win, and at the same time, I was really happy and thought that I wanted to continue to work hard and move forward together as soccer teammates."

Q=We have continued to win without conceding, but the opponent is different, so what are the points that are not going well and the points that are going well?
"There is also the fact that Hayashi (Akihiro) has been able to scrape it out at the end, but the players on the defensive line are the ones who are limiting the course at the end. However, I was a little worried when they were able to take a middle shot, but we didn't let them shoot, we blocked the shot. Also, set plays and long throws. We have to make sure we don't create dangerous situations like that. Today, there were a lot of those kinds of scenes at the end."
I think the reason for not conceding any goals is because of Lin or the defensive line, and also because the front line's defense is solid.

"Press Conference Summary of Sendai Manager Susumu WATANABE"
"Thank you for your hard work. On the last Sunday of Golden Week, we are grateful to have gathered many supporters. Regarding the league games, we have been unable to win at home since the opening game, and we are very disappointed ourselves. We are also sorry to have made our supporters feel the same way, and we apologize for that."
We talked about bringing the momentum of consecutive wins in official matches, including the Levain Cup, to today's game. As expected, FC Tokyo was actively pressing from the beginning, but I feel like we could have kept it simpler.
Only two goals were conceded. I can't remember if there were any major chances in the flow of the game, but I feel like it was a waste.
However, after we took off the FC Tokyo press, we were able to move the ball well and effectively enter their territory. In fact, we created many chances and took many shots. Although the score was 0-2, I think we were able to compete with FC Tokyo. It wasn't a game to be pessimistic about, and I told the players to lift their heads and stand up.
"We have a mission to connect this game, this content, and this frustrating result to the next match, so we will continue to work hard and stay positive in our training."
