[Player and Coach Comments]
《Riku HIROSUE》
I think we had a lot of time to take control of the game as a team, but we couldn't get to the shots and didn't score.
I believe that conceding a goal during the most critical time when we should not have is a significant issue for the team.
(You played with great focus, but how did it feel?)
Regarding today, we aimed to set a high line as a team concept and to widen the GK's defensive range, and I think we did well in that aspect.
However, in the scene of the conceded goal, the line dropped too low, and at the moment the shot was taken, it created a shape like an air pocket, resulting in the goal being conceded.
I think the challenge for the team will be the aspect of continuity, which means continuing to play for 90 minutes.
(This is the second match of today, but how does it compare to the last time?)
I think there is a lack of aspects that can inspire the team during tough times.
I think that when the team is struggling, it is important to raise our voices even more, to prevent crises with saves, and to play in a way that can change the flow of the game.
(What are your aspirations for the next match?)
Rather than focusing on individual performance, I want to contribute to the team's victory and work towards that goal.
《Takuji YONEMOTO》
"We started the first half well, but in the second half, we spent a lot of time being pushed back, and I think conceding a goal is a challenge for the team."
I believe that a team capable of drawing such matches is a truly strong team, so I want to pursue this further.
(Has your playing time increased, but how do you feel about it?)
I believe it will improve with each match.
Today, being able to play for 60 minutes was a personal achievement, and I hope to continue this going forward.
(Are you feeling confident about your full recovery?)
Yes, that's right.
I feel like I'm getting closer, but I don't think I'm in my best form, so I hope to work on that in practice.
(What is your enthusiasm for the next match?)
I hope to contribute to the team's victory by playing my game in any match.
Summary of Coach Tadashi NAKAMURA's Press Conference
"First of all, I would like to thank the fans and supporters who cheered loudly in this bad weather.
The match was very tough.
In the last match, we started poorly, had a player sent off, and conceded 3 goals in the first half.
In today's match, the players organized what they needed to do and what they could do, focusing first on preparation and the start of the game, and they entered the game with concentration.
However, there were parts of our attack that became monotonous, and I felt that we still have a lot to improve in order to score against a very good team like today and to win, as our time was short and we need to work more on the technical aspects and our coordination as a team.
In terms of defense, the players fought tenaciously and did their best to keep a clean sheet, but unfortunately, they conceded a goal at the end.
I would like to parallelize offense and defense and connect it to future training.
