[Player/Coach Comments]
"Masayuki YAMADA"
"The game ended in a big difference, but there were also scenes where the opponent was able to attack us."
It was really important to be able to take the lead in that game, and I thought that the subsequent additional points would be the key to the game, so I think that was the point that decided the outcome of the game.
(How do you feel about your performance?)
I think I was able to handle it calmly, but I still feel like there are areas where I need to improve in order to make an impact on the J1 stage. I will reflect on myself and aim to carry it over to the next game.
(Looking back on my first J-League goal)
I received a really good ball from Ogawa player, and since the timing was right from the first half, I had the desire to score and make the team feel at ease.
I think it was very good because it was a goal that connected those feelings.
(Did you run to the supporters after scoring?)
They always come to support us from far away, and we could hear the loud cheers from all the fans and supporters during the game.
I think it was really good to be able to repay the expectations of those supporters.
(What is your enthusiasm for the next game?)
With the addition of player Lipe VELOSO, our attacking options have increased and I am confident that we will become a strong team.
"I want to confidently aim for victory against any opponent with a challenger spirit and make good preparations."
"Ryoya OGAWA"
"We were able to aggressively approach the ball from the first half, and as a result, we were able to surpass our opponents in running power in the second half and score a large number of points towards the end."
I think it's a good state for the team to be able to keep the number of goals conceded to 0 above all else.
(How do you feel about your individual performance?)
There were still some moments where I made passing mistakes or couldn't connect crosses, so I feel like I need to play at a higher level.
(Looking back at the scoring scene)
I saw an open space in front of me, so I decided to go for it myself.
Thanks to the fact that both Hara and Lipe VELOSO were running at the same time, the opposing players were distracted by the two of them, allowing me to take a shot myself.
I would like to thank the players who supported me.
(There was also an assist from CK to player Yamada)
Every time, we discussed and coordinated the timing for set plays with player Yamada.
I was really happy that it led to today's result of scoring.
(What is your enthusiasm for the next game?)
In the J3 League, we have had few consecutive wins, so we want to firmly tighten our focus for the next match and aim for another win.
"Summary of Coach Tadashi NAKAMURA's Press Conference"
"First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to the fans and supporters who came to watch the game from far away, and to have the opportunity to play on a really good field."
The team had a very poor start to the game.
Tottori was faster at the start, and their movements and speed to break through the defense were superior. I think the game started from the point where they created several chances.
As time passed, the players gradually made adjustments and were able to score the first goal.
At halftime, the players discussed what needed to be corrected as a team and prepared for the second half.
As the opponent's feet gradually stopped, there were more scenes where we surpassed them in the number of runs and switching, which I believe led to the goals in the second half.
I think it was a very tight game, but I really appreciate the players for playing until the end without giving up.
