[Player/Coach Comments]
"Taichi HARA"
"In the second half, we were scored on by Toyama and as a team, we were determined to make a comeback and challenge the game with a strong mindset."
It was really good to be able to win in a come-from-behind victory.
(What has changed with the new 3-5-2 system?)
In terms of defense, the coordination is working well and I personally feel that it is a very easy system to play in.
(Looking back on my own play)
In the first half, I was able to create opportunities, but I made a lot of mistakes.
I tried to be careful and play politely while playing.
We were able to score in the second half, so we will continue to work hard in the future.
(Reviewing the scoring scene)
Thanks to Kobayashi's solid pass behind the defense, I was able to calmly observe the opponent's GK movements.
I was able to skillfully slide the ball into the goal with my left foot, which was great.
(Do you have a lot of physical activity?)
I try to eat and sleep well before the game because I am the type who can run relatively well in the second half if I move well from the first half.
(This was my first goal in my first start.)
As a FW, I think it is important to play in the starting lineup and participate in the game.
I am sincerely happy to have scored as a starter this time.
(Please send a message to the next game)
I will do my best to practice well and improve our ranking as much as possible since the next game is at home.
Thank you for your support, fans and supporters, today as well.
"Kan Kobayashi"
"We were all thinking about how we could fight against Toyama, who is currently in 2nd place in the J3 League, and how we could win within that."
In the midst of it, everyone fought with all their might from the first half, but the situation continued where they couldn't quite finish their chances.
In the second half, when I had the opportunity to play in a situation where we were one goal behind, I entered the pitch with a strong determination to lead the team to victory.
It was a great result that led to a come-from-behind victory.
(Were there any specific instructions when you were substituted in?)
The coach instructed me to score a goal when I entered the game as a FW. I was able to achieve it, which was great.
(Today, I had 1 goal and 1 assist. Please review the goal scene.)
As Ogawa had the ball, I felt that a cross would come in and went into the goal area.
I was a little late getting in, so the timing didn't work out, but I made sure to focus on second ball situations.
Then, the loose ball came to me at the perfect timing, so I just pushed it into the goal without thinking about anything else.
(This is FC Tokyo U-23's 50th goal. Were you aware of it?)
I knew that if I scored today, it would be my 50th goal overall, even before the game started.
I had forgotten, but I was able to score my 50th goal, which is a milestone, at the moment I scored the goal, and I am honored.
(How was the assist scene?)
When I turned forward, Haru player made a good move, so I thought if I could pass from the side, Haru player would definitely score.
I was a little forceful, but I was able to do a job that led to a goal, so it was good.
(The other day, I was called up to the Japan national team for the first time. Did you gain anything from that experience?)
The Japan national team has a short time to gather with teammates, so there are difficult aspects in terms of coordination, but I feel that I need to develop the ability to break through as an individual within that.
In that regard, I think it was great that I was able to score one goal and provide one assist in today's match.
(What is your enthusiasm for the next game?)
Today, thank you to all the fans and supporters who came to Toyama.
We hope to deliver more victories to everyone as we play at home in the next match.
Thank you for your continued support.
"Summary of Coach Tadashi NAKAMURA's Press Conference"
"We talked about being aggressive from the start."
I was conscious of not getting too relaxed during the long break.
We tried to attack from here and created 2-3 chances in the first 10 minutes, but we couldn't score.
From there, the opponent's pressure increased, our own mistakes also increased, and there were scenes of panic, making it a difficult period.
In the second half, there was a good time, but there were still many parts that were not enough, and we conceded from the opponent's pace.
We were particularly concerned about losing the set piece from before the match.
However, until the end, everyone ran well, fought, picked up loose balls, and jumped for crosses.
I think the reason we were able to keep these promises and score two points was because the players fought tenaciously and gained strength.
Finally, when I entered the Toyama ground today, I heard about 150 people, and I think that the strong support they gave us until the end was what led us to keep moving forward and score a goal in the end.
I think it was great that we were able to share our joy together.
