[Player/Coach Comments]
"Go HATANO"
"I am really glad that I was able to play in the game after a long time and win 1-0."
(What kind of preparations did you make before today's game?)
I spent the time feeling extremely frustrated. There were times when I couldn't sleep at night.
But I think that the result of practicing silently while being conscious of various things without showing a frustrated expression to my teammates led to today's victory and clean sheet.
I will continue to practice hard and do my best in the future.
(How was your own play?)
I was able to prevent the areas that needed to be prevented, and there were also good aspects, but there were also some moments where I was unsure.
I hope to improve my skills and become more agile by practicing more smoothly in that area.
(What is your enthusiasm for the next game?)
I want to win the next game in Okinawa and come back with a smile.
Thank you for your continued support.
"Lipe VELOSO"
"Today's game was also very good, and I feel that we have been able to build up a very good momentum in the past few games. I think we are playing the game in a good flow."
(What about the goal scene?)
I was able to score a goal calmly thanks to a very good pass from player Kobayashi. I think both the pass and the goal were very good scenes.
(The amount of exercise has also increased, but how is your condition since coming to Japan?)
When I first came to Japan, my condition wasn't very good and I had a hard time getting used to Japanese soccer.
However, we are gradually improving and today we hope to have a quality and quantity of play for 90 minutes.
We were able to finish today's game in a very good shape, so we would like to continue practicing well for the weekend match starting tomorrow.
(Message to fans and supporters)
As long as I wear the FC Tokyo uniform, I will play with a sense of dedication to the club and also want to play with all my heart for the fans and supporters.
Although I have only been in Japan for a short time, I cherish and truly love everyone here, so I want to continue fighting without forgetting this feeling in the future.
"Summary of Coach Tadashi NAKAMURA's Press Conference"
"It was a game in the unfortunate rain, but thanks to the great pitch conditions and the fans and supporters who came to support us on a weekday, we were able to have a very rewarding start."
As for the game content, in the first half, we were able to move the ball very carefully, but there were still some timing and technical mistakes in the breakthrough part, and we lost the ball badly, causing some dangerous situations on the counter, so we made adjustments and approached the second half.
In the second half, we created several good chances from excellent combinations, which I think was very good as it led to a goal.
There were also moments where we made small mistakes and lost the ball, which could have resulted in conceding a goal.
In order to advance the game advantageously, we need to focus more on preparing for defense and not allowing the second or third goal.
"I told the players that they need to appeal more here in order to participate in J1 matches."
