[Player/Coach Comments]
"Takahiro YANAGI"
"I think it was good that the team was able to catch up to a tie in the early stages without falling apart even after being scored on."
However, we want to use the fact that we couldn't win by turning the tables to our advantage next time.
(It was a different position than usual?)
You have to play firmly in the given position.
However, it was a very difficult game and there were many areas where I felt I was lacking.
I think we need to do more and more.
(What is your enthusiasm for the next game?)
We haven't lost in the last five games, so we want to win the next game and continue this good momentum.」
"Rei HIRAKAWA"
"We conceded early on, but we were able to catch up quickly."
In the second half, there were chances to score, but unfortunately we couldn't finish and ended up with a draw.
(What about the assist scene?)
A good ball came from Kubo and there was space when I turned forward.
I was able to dribble the ball, cut through the side, and see that Lipe VELOSO was open in the middle, so I was able to make a good pass.
(It seems like you've been increasing the number of plays where you carry the ball forward yourself?)
I've been particularly conscious of playing forward with dribbling recently.
I think it's gradually taking shape.
(Are you also becoming more aware of scoring goals?)
In terms of achieving results, I am conscious of scoring goals and assists.
Scenes like receiving a pass from Kubo in the second half must be finished.
(What is your enthusiasm for the next game?)
If I have the opportunity to play in the next game, I will do my best to use today's performance and play even better than today.」
"Summary of Coach Tadashi NAKAMURA's Press Conference"
"Thank you to all the fans and supporters who came out to support us in the cold rain last week and continued to support us. We are grateful for your passionate support."
Regarding the match, I think we were conscious of the part where we continue to move the ball and were able to do it from the beginning.
However, we conceded a goal first, but in the past few games, we have improved in the aspect of not allowing consecutive goals.
Until a few games ago, there were multiple goals conceded, but in this round, I think we can evaluate the part where we were able to score after conceding a goal.
In the second half, our feet stopped moving, the ball stopped moving, our support became slower, and our transition between offense and defense also became slower.
It was still a game with many missing parts.
I want to train well and make sure that even in the second half, our players and team can move their feet and reach the goal for a finish.
