[Player and Coach Comments]
《Riku HIROSUE》
"Today, we focused on playing as a team to keep a clean sheet."
I was happy that the results came through, and I was glad to score early in the match.
(It was a long-awaited appearance, wasn't it?)
I had been away from matches for a while, but I was always conscious of participating in matches and keeping a clean sheet.
I was glad to be able to play as usual.
It was a bit difficult in the second half due to the headwind, but I'm glad we were able to keep it at zero.
I had heard that the opponent's side attacks were frequent during scouting, so it was good that I was able to play actively against cross balls.
I thought the difference between myself and Go HATANO was in height, so I believe it was very good that I was able to play actively to not lose to Go HATANO.
(What are your aspirations for the next match?)
There are few matches left, but I want to strive for greater heights, so I appreciate your support.
《Rei HIRAKAWA》
"It was great to score the opening goal early and to be able to play our style of football.
(What is the important factor that will determine the outcome of today's match?)
Although we spent a long time defending against the opponent's possession, I think the best part was that we were able to maintain a solid defense despite that.
(Reflecting on your first J-League goal?)
I received a pass from Hashimoto at the timing and place I wanted.
I was able to calmly take the shot successfully.
(What are your thoughts on the next match?)
I am fulfilled because I can train with very high-level players.
I think it's important to continue practicing with 100% effort.
I will play to win and do my best to achieve consecutive victories.
Summary of Coach Tadashi NAKAMURA's Press Conference
"The fans and supporters cheered loudly during the home game, and it was powerful.
Regarding the game, Yamada's strengths were showcased in the set play at the start, and it was very good.
However, after that, we lost possession to the opponent, and we couldn't press them, resulting in a prolonged period of being pushed back.
Somehow, they managed to keep it at zero.
In the second half, they actively pushed up in defense, applying pressure on the ball.
From there, we were able to create several chances, which led to a goal.
Regarding the goals, it was Hirakawa's first goal, and he scored it with solid technique. It was good to see him contribute to the scoring with passes and transitions between offense and defense, which have been areas of improvement.
