[Player and Coach Comments]

《Yojiro TAKAHAGI》
(This victory is significant)
"It's significant. There's nothing more than that."

(The first half was a tough development)
"With the wind, it was difficult to send the ball forward or create situations to push the opponent back. In that sense, I think it was good that we were able to endure the first half."

(Did the wind direction help us manage the game favorably in the second half?)
"In the second half, I thought we could advance favorably, so if we could score when we created the flow, I believed we could win."

(After Nagai's goal, the opponent brought in a tall player and changed their strategy, didn't they?)
"We anticipated that the opponent would play that way, so I think we were able to fight tenaciously together until the end."

(Okazaki entered, and Takahagi also returned to a very low position)
"I think everyone understands what the team needs to do, no matter who comes in where. Hyun Soo JANG had to be substituted due to an accident, but Maruyama will play solidly, and I believe Okazaki has gained the confidence to play in any position, so he can play boldly and with peace of mind."

(Many fans and supporters came to see us)
"Thanks to the support of many fans and supporters, we were able to secure 3 points"

(Next is the match against the leaders, Hiroshima)
"Today's match is over, so I want to quickly switch gears and prepare for the next game."

《Kensuke NAGAI》
(This is a shutout victory away from home. Reflecting on today's match)
"In the first half, the wind was stronger than I had imagined, and we were pushed back by the opponent. Even during difficult times, we were able to endure while encouraging each other, and I thought that if we could get through the first half without conceding, we would have chances in the second half, so I believe this victory was earned by everyone."

(He scored his second goal of the season)
"Diego OLIVEIRA positioned himself well between the opponents, so I was aiming for the space behind them. Omori provided a good pass, and then it was just a matter of outsmarting the goalkeeper. I'm glad I was able to score."

(Although it's a series of matches, looking ahead)
"I want to properly recover from fatigue and get my condition ready. We have matches every three days and two days, but since we can play at home, I want to achieve consecutive victories and share the joy with our fans and supporters."

Summary of the press conference by Kenta HASEGAWA, Tokyo's coach

I think it was a difficult match under challenging conditions. The players fought well for 90 minutes in very hot and tough conditions.
I think today's key to victory was finishing the first half at zero. In my mind, the pitch at this stadium had the image of the ball running more, but surprisingly, when it dried, it became sticky, and the ball didn't move.
In that sense, I think it took time for the players to adjust to the environment.
I think being able to end a bad period at zero led to the goal in the second half. In the end, Shimizu FW Tae-seong Jeong created a scoring opportunity, but the players responded with determination.
Shimizu has been playing very tough matches recently. I came to this place today prepared, and I truly believe we earned a significant 3 points.

《Q&A》
Q=Regarding player substitutions, I don't think today's substitutions were necessarily as we envisioned, but how was the players' adaptability?
I replaced Hyun Soo JANG with Maruyama because he felt a slight discomfort in his leg, but Maruyama himself had prepared well before the match, and I believe he entered the game smoothly. Okazaki had not played in a while, so there were moments when he struggled to get into the game, but if he can gradually get used to it in this way, I believe he will become a solid asset.

《Shimizu - Manager Yang Yongson's Press Conference Summary》
Today's performance was satisfying.
I think the play in the first 45 minutes was particularly good. In the second half, FC Tokyo came forward quite aggressively. It became a chase, but I believe we were able to create many chances until the end. I also conveyed to the players that it is important to show the content displayed in the first 45 minutes for the full 90 minutes.
I told the players to show good performances in future matches and create scoring opportunities. Indeed, it is very disappointing that we couldn't earn points while playing well, but I also want to emphasize the importance of showing solid match content.
