《Press Conference Summary of Tokyo U-23 Coach Tetsu NAGASAWA》

"First of all, I am truly grateful that over 1,000 fans and supporters gathered at Nishigaoka. Despite being busy, they came to our U-23 home opener, and I feel very sorry that we could not secure the 3 points.
Regarding the match, the younger generation of players were participating, so they needed to play more aggressively.
I believe that the reason for today's defeat was our inability to express aggression while firmly enduring against an opponent who played stubbornly and tenaciously at the ball. Throughout the match, we tried various challenges by changing our positioning and player arrangements, but if we ask whether we were able to play in a way that posed a threat to the opponent, it was lacking and there is still much room for improvement.
Since this is a league match, each player needs to utilize experiences like today's in the next game, and gaining confidence through victory is the most important, so I want to prepare thoroughly for the upcoming home match against Fujieda.

(The positioning refers to whether it is the positioning during the match or simply the meaning of arrangement)
"We were overcommitting players to the build-up against opponents who were pressing from the front.
The objective is to score goals, so it's important to focus on where to play while moving the ball. I think it was a waste today to have too many players at the back, and we need to aim for the opponent's penalty area to score.
The challenge that remains is to be aware of positioning that focuses on attacking with more players forward.

(Nakamura's position today was on the left side. I believe his main position is on the right, but today's evaluation is)
"I would like to avoid a personal evaluation. However, in modern football, it is difficult to play in just one position. In top teams, left-footed player Ogawa also plays on the right side, and Coach HASEGAWA requires players to perform in multiple positions.
What you experience in practice and what you experience in a real match are completely different, so I appreciate that we were able to try and play in today's game.
