"Tokyo U-23 Tetsu NAGASAWA Manager's Press Conference Summary"
"First of all, I am truly grateful that the field was made suitable for soccer and that the management and Tokyo supporters worked together to make it happen."
I also told the players that it's not just about being able to play soccer, but that it's supported by the efforts of many people, so I have a feeling of gratitude.
We are grateful for the support from the fans who came all the way from Tokyo, but we are deeply sorry that we couldn't deliver the points.
The game was dominated by Fukushima from the start with their courage.
I think the essence of this sport is that you can't reach the goal without passing or dribbling while the opponent is in a state of watching the opponent's condition.
Including Fukushima's PK, we had two vertical passes and challenged the second goal by taking two of our left side. Even though we had opportunities to pass vertically, we chose to pass horizontally.
In the second half, we made solid adjustments and were conscious of attacking direction. We also adjusted the number of players to avoid being too heavy in the back, and were able to create some chances.
However, since it is a professional world, it is too late to show courage after being two points behind. It was a game where we could learn from that aspect.
"We are creating opportunities, so if we can make the most of them and make the right decisions, the results will be different. Instead of completely denying today's game, we want to improve and have the courage to finish and face the next game."

(This was the first goal of the season. Do you feel that there is room for improvement in the attack?)
"It's not about scoring, it's about those big chances that become 1-on-1 situations, and whether you can finish them or not in sports."
The final battle is also included, and a certain form is emerging. I think the key is to clarify what is important.
Simply put, it's about finding the right timing to put the ball in vertically and to peel it off without showing any openings to the opponent, and then attacking. It's not a virtue to not have the ball taken away.
Even if the ball is taken away, there is a next step to challenge and switch, but I slowed down a little there.
This is an area where we need to learn well, and we have a good understanding of it. On the other hand, the difference between us and the top members lies there, so if we all confirm it again and do it again, I think it will lead to the next step."
