≪Summary of the Press Conference with Tetsu NAGASAWA, Coach of Tokyo U-23≫

I am truly grateful that fans and supporters from Tokyo came to our match, which was held simultaneously with the J1 match. I feel responsible for not being able to deliver a victory in such circumstances.

In the first half, we were able to maintain possession of the ball, but we couldn't move it in a way that posed a threat to the opponent, resulting in conceding multiple goals. I think our youth showed a bit as we were attacking while the opponent was prepared for a counterattack.

In the second half, we organized ourselves and entered the match, but we were unable to convert our chances, and instead, we conceded a goal. I also feel that we lacked the concentration needed to capitalize on a single opportunity.

You cannot move on to the next step without experiencing it. However, just experiencing it is not enough to progress, so we pursued it rigorously in the locker room. In the next match, I want to show a fighting style that demonstrates a challenging attitude.
