《Tokyo U-23 - Summary of the Press Conference by Coach Tetsu NAGASAWA》

I think the players who played are happy that 1,306 people came to AJINOMOTO FIELD NISHIGAOKA.
It was a game where we wanted 3 points. When we had a one-point lead, I think we could have closed it out in J1, but the fact that we couldn't shows that we still have a long way to go. We need to make this a learning opportunity.
We were able to create scoring opportunities from the start. However, I felt there were some issues with decision-making in the play just before that.
Even as the members change, the style of football that Coach Hasegawa wants and what he is seeking is gradually permeating, including the U-18 players.
I want to use today's match as a stepping stone to move forward.

(Shuto ABE's evaluation)

A product of Tokyo's youth development, his playing style is well understood by the surrounding players. He has the ability to close in on opponents quickly and deeply during defense. Additionally, during attacks, he was able to carry the ball with dribbling, which made him feel confident in his play. He is set to join as a specially designated player next season, and I hope to see him as a valuable asset in the future.
