"Tokyo U-23 Tetsu NAGASAWA Manager's Press Conference Summary"
"Despite your support in coming to the game despite the risk of cancellation due to the typhoon, we apologize for the shutout and complete defeat."
Today's game was dominated by the opponent's intense strength, and they took control of the game. We had to make sure we didn't lose in the ball battles, but we were always inferior. Kodama was able to prevent us from getting into trouble and we had the option of using Tagawa as a substitute, so if we could hold on until then, it would have been good, but I think we were a little immature in easily losing our marks on corner kicks. We weren't not trying our best and I think we were running hard, but not being able to perform at the most important moments shows that we still lack strength. We thought we had organized the situation and entered the second half, but we ended up being on the back foot.
In any case, the opponent completely won today's game. We have been playing great games recently, but we want to cool our heads and change our mindset and keep going.
