"FC Tokyo U-23 Tetsu NAGASAWA Manager Press Conference Summary"
Today, fans and supporters have come all the way to Kagawa Prefecture to support us, and we are grateful for their support.
The game was approached with the concept of aggressive hard work in Tokyo and confirming the ability to score and win. As for that, I think the players were able to do it well. We were able to progress the game by creating opportunities in the early stages and were able to take advantage of our own targets while also being skilled at moving the ball for Sanuki.
The overall challenge is that when attacking while the opponent's balance is disrupted, the quality drops a little when trying to increase the speed. The situation judgment itself is not wrong, but there are still challenges such as entrusting the ball or adjusting to the speed of teammates. I think the attitude of aiming for 1, 2, 3, 4 points even after scoring one point was good, so I hope we can improve the quality from there on.
Since the J1 league is also in the midst of intense battles, I want them to continue to be involved with the J1 league members and appeal from next week's training.
Finally, in Sanuki, we have our youth academy graduates, Wataru Sasaki, Kentaro Shigematsu, and Kazuki Hattori, who are all working hard with gritted teeth. Not only myself, but the entire club is watching their efforts. I hope you will continue to support them as well."
