《FC Tokyo U-23 Coach Tetsu NAGASAWA Press Conference Summary》

"First of all, I heard that we won the J1 League match against Iwata today. The J3 match was also held at the same time on the same day, but I am grateful to the many fans and supporters who cheered for the U-23 at the stadium.

In summary of the game, the typical immaturity of the team was evident. You can't win without scoring, and while not every shot will go in, there were many situations where we needed to convert. If we can't score, it's important not to concede, but while we were regretting not converting our chances, the opponent took advantage and scored. During that time, it was necessary to focus and communicate effectively, but we failed to do so and conceded a goal, which is a point for reflection. I believe that if we can learn from this, today's match will have meaning. The J1 League has few matches left, and we need to be able to respond to similar situations when we play next, so I want to work hard to connect this experience to the future.
