"Summary of the Press Conference with Tetsu NAGASAWA, Coach of Tokyo U-23"

"First of all, I am truly grateful to all the fans and supporters who came to AJINOMOTO FIELD NISHIGAOKA and created a wonderful atmosphere. Go HATANO was encouraging us before the match, saying, 'Let's win to connect to next week's J1 match.' I'm glad we were able to secure 3 points as a result."

The match had many intense moments at the ball, but despite that, they remained focused until the end, centered around the four defenders, without being swayed by the referee's decisions. As they gained more experience playing in the U-23, they have become able to play calmly and have learned what is important to win, showing significant growth.

In the midfield, Shinada and Abe created a solid wall and advanced the game. Nattawut skillfully broke through with a quick counterattack after regaining possession and scored. It's great that the results came from the hard training he usually puts in. When players who diligently practice are rewarded like this, it gives the team momentum.

We are still an inexperienced team, but we are starting to be able to score and win regardless of who plays, so we want to continue to fight aggressively from now on.
