[Player/Coach Comments]

"Joan OUMARI"
"I am happy to have scored the winning goal. We were able to finish the final round of the 2020 J1 League with a victory."
"Also, I think it will be a game that leads to the important final round of the Levain Cup, which is coming up in the new year."

(It was a great performance throughout the 90 minutes)
"I think the two games we played after returning from the ACL as a team (against Hiroshima and Kobe) were great, not just in terms of my own performance."
ACL was a really tough schedule, but I felt that we needed to level up even more as a team.
I think that frustration led to these two matches, and I want to continue this momentum until the Levain Cup final round.

(Scored a goal from former team Kobe)
"I didn't get many opportunities to play as a player in Kobe, and it was a difficult time."
I am very happy to be able to score against such opponents.
Now, I am a player in Tokyo.
"I always strive to play for the victory in Tokyo and give my all for this team."

"Yojiro TAKAHAGI"
(In the first half, I watched the game from the bench and changed the flow of the game when I entered the pitch. How did you approach your play?)
"In the first half, Hotaru YAMAGUCHI was playing freely and it seemed difficult to defend against him. When I entered, I tried to erase that and create space for attacks by receiving the ball between Nagai and the midfield players."
"I was able to retrieve the ball, but I couldn't do the decisive work, so I want to be able to connect it to that next time."

(Now that the league season is over, my honest feelings)
"It was a frustrating season."
Last season, we went up to second place and started this season saying we aim to win. Unfortunately, we ended up in 6th place."

(Thoughts on ending today's match with a victory)
"It's good that we won, but I'm not satisfied. The opponent didn't have any foreign players, and I don't think this performance and result will lead to next season. I want to further improve and welcome next season."

(How do you want to fight for the Levain Cup final?)
"Just win. I don't care about the performance, I just want to focus on winning the championship. I want to play with the sole goal of winning as a team."

"Keigo Higashi"
"As an individual, I was unable to play in most of the league matches due to an injury that kept me away from the team for about 4 months."
Although I was able to return in the ACL, I was unable to achieve the team's goal and had to return home.
I had a really frustrating experience, but I was able to win against Hiroshima and Kobe after coming back.
We have the Levain Cup Final Round on January 4th, so I think today's home final match will lead us there.

(I think it was a victory that we won with the whole team today)
"I think this season was especially like that."
Almost all players, including young players, have had the opportunity to play, and in the end, we were able to win the last two games against Hiroshima and Kobe in a total team effort.
I think we can raise the bottom, so it's positive and I think it will lead to next season."

(The game's content has also improved significantly.)
"The content has improved since the ACL."
Hiroshima match in the previous round, we were able to win in today's Kobe match, but even though we have been having good games, we were unable to win in the ACL.
In a world where even if you play a good game, you won't be evaluated if you can't win.
"We have experienced that it is meaningless if we do not win, so we want to show a more determined attitude towards winning."

"Tokyo - Manager Masaru HASEGAWA Press Conference Summary"
"I'm glad we were able to end with a win."
Many fans and supporters have come to support us, and we are truly grateful.
Today, we were able to respond to the feelings of our fans and supporters with a victory.
I truly believe that the players showed their determination in this final home game.
I was wondering what kind of members Kobe would come with after the ACL, but the members who came out in Qatar were really amazing. It's great to be able to finish by winning against such opponents.
Although we were unable to achieve our goal of winning, we will continue to work together as a team and strive to lift the trophy next season. Let's all do our best together."

(How do you view the 6th place finish, given that it was a tough year schedule-wise with the addition of the ACL?)
"I think we were just a little short of reaching the ACL spot. This is due to my own lack of ability."
The players have worked hard through 19 consecutive games and a grueling schedule.

(When was the toughest time this season?)
"In August, when Kento HASHIMOTO and Sei MUROYA were absent, we had to rebuild the team and it was difficult to find the right direction. We couldn't play good games during that time."
It was tough because there were many players who played in the game for the first time while trying to establish a solid direction.
I think the players did their best and among the three teams that participated in the ACL, we were able to achieve good results in the league. However, finishing in 6th place means nothing.
I don't think it's a commendable performance as we couldn't even secure a spot in the ACL for next season and missed out on the championship.
Even without Hashimoto and Muroya, there are other excellent players, so if we can use them more effectively, I think we could have achieved better results.
I am happy that we were able to overcome consecutive games, and everyone, including the staff, worked hard. I could see the growth of the players, and although it was a frustrating season, we have had many fulfilling games towards the end, so I am personally happy about that.

(The talk was about strengthening the team for next season, but where do we want to improve?)
"I think we won't be able to win the championship unless we score a few more goals."
The first half of the season was able to score at a good pace, but in the second half, there were fewer games where multiple goals could be scored. I think it will be necessary to further increase our scoring power next season.
We have come this far, so we have no choice but to continue to strive to make the final decision.

"Kobe - Atsuhiro Miura Press Conference Summary"
"As it is the final match of this season, of course, our emotions are running high and we were able to play the soccer we wanted in the first half."
In the second half, the number of ball losses increased after a while of having possession, and there were also signs of fatigue, but there were too many unnecessary losses.
We regret that it has become an open development.
However, I think we have definitely built up something this season, so I hope to continue to improve and make solid improvements.

(Regarding the fact that we were able to play a solid game thanks to the return of ACL)
"We are grateful to the country for allowing us to use the ACL and for being able to play in the final match."
"We have been managing players and team staff while conducting PCR tests throughout this season, including during the ACL period. I am very grateful that we are able to play matches like this."

(In the ACL, we achieved results, but we were unable to maintain stable performance in the league. What improvements do we want to make for next season?)
"We are definitely making progress in terms of raising the team's level."
Of course, since it's a competition, not winning would just be an excuse, so we aim to be a team that can win no matter who plays.
Although there were no results, I think it was clear to see the strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement of each player, including their approach. I hope that we can become a team that can achieve good results for the next season.
