"I think the most important thing is that everyone on the team, including myself, can avoid injuries and be ready for the opening match.
The team building will be done properly by Coach Hasegawa, so I believe we just need to trust him and follow his lead.
I think there will be more practical training in the second camp, so I want to create solid combinations there and become a winning team."

"This was my second match of the season, and I was able to win both matches. There is little time left until the opening match, but I think I am able to play in good form."

"Since I have been playing with the top team since last November, I feel that I have become closer to the other players through the first camp and the expeditions.
As we have spent more time playing together, I have come to understand the playing characteristics of the other players, and they have also come to understand my characteristics.

It's about using them boldly. Of course, there are risks, but it will be a good experience for them. Those who are making the decisions also need courage, but I believe it is very important to use them boldly.

Q=Advice for young players in Indonesia.
I cannot provide specific advice as I do not know your personality, but I would like you to convey that you should not be afraid of failure.
I don't consciously intend to use young players, but of course, those who select them understand that they will make mistakes.

I believe the coach of Bayankara FC is also speaking. As they continue to challenge themselves, their failures will surely become part of their growth. I want them to keep challenging themselves without fearing failure.

Q=During the time at Gamba Osaka, I believe players like Ideguchi, Doan, and Usami were developed and are now active in Europe. Are there similarly talented players within FC Tokyo?
FC Tokyo also has talented players. For example, Kubo, who came on in the second half, is considered to have a promising future. However, I think this is where it becomes important. It matters how he approaches training and how he performs in matches. I believe he is at a very crucial time to determine whether he can become a global player.
Although I am not here this time, there are several other promising young players, so I am looking forward to the future.

Q=What is your impression of the players of Bayankara FC?
"Previously, we played a match against Persija Jakarta, and compared to that time, I believe the level of Indonesian football has improved significantly. I had the same impression when we played against a Thai team in the ACL. Not only foreign players but also players from various countries have raised their level."
It has become difficult for Japanese teams to win against Thai teams. I felt that Indonesia has also been experiencing a good wave in football in recent years.

Q=What is your impression of the stadium after experiencing the match?
I got the impression that it is a stadium where you can focus on soccer. There are LED lights, and I thought it was a stadium equipped with the latest facilities for the Asian Games.

Were there any players from Bayankara FC that you would like to invite to FC Tokyo?
There was no room to look at the opposing team's players in a way that says, 'This player is skilled.' I was only able to focus on my own team's players.
I would like to review the footage again and discuss with the strengthening department if there are any such players.

According to our information, he is called the Japanese Messi, but Coach Hasegawa will share his impressions of Kubo after seeing him in person.
I think he is a player with very wonderful talent. I have been watching Doan since he was young, and I have also been watching Ideguchi since he was in high school, but I believe he is a player who is not inferior to them.

While there were differences in terms of technique, I believe that overall improvement is necessary for Indonesian football. Each training session, play, mindset, facilities, and academies are aspects that the JFA represents a league and association that all of Asia must learn from and emulate.

I think the attitude towards play and the match today was wonderful from the opponent. To teach that, Bayankara FC had young players play. In particular, a player named Sunny had just turned professional, but today he was able to play for a long time.

I believe that exposing young players to such a wonderful environment of football is important for the future of Indonesian football in order to nurture young talent.

Q=What is the condition of GK Awan, who was substituted due to injury?
I heard it was a neck injury. It was a very courageous play.
