FC Tokyo's Hometown

FC Tokyo's home town is "Tokyo".
We are working with various stakeholders in the region, including the six cities (Fuchu, Mitaka, Chofu, Kodaira, Nishitokyo, and Koganei) that support us as shareholders, as well as the 23 wards and the islands, centered around the stadium.
Through our hometown activities, we aim to become a club that can contribute to solving local issues while implementing numerous activities that will make the community lively and bring smiles to people of all ages and genders.

FC Tokyo is supported by six cities (Fuchu, Mitaka, Chofu, Kodaira, Nishi-Tokyo, and Koganei) as shareholders, as well as municipalities with comprehensive cooperation agreements and other areas where various activities are being implemented, not limited to soccer.

HOMETOWN PARTNERSHIP

Signed a wide collaboration agreement with Tokyo in 2023. This agreement aims to promote the development of the local community and further improve citizen services by promoting comprehensive and cross-sectoral cooperation in various policy areas in addition to the sports field. This is the first agreement as a sports team. With this agreement, we are deepening our relationship with Tokyo and implementing various initiatives.

HOMETOWN ACTION

In FC Tokyo's hometown activities,
we are implementing numerous activities to make as many people in the community smile,
in collaboration with various stakeholders regardless of age or gender.

AO-AKA STREET

Along with the executive committee composed of Chofu City and related organizations, during home games, we create a pedestrian-only road from Tobitakyu Station on the Keio Line to the stadium, generating excitement in the city.

Urban Blue and Red

Efforts are being made to improve the experience of visitors by decorating the area around the stadium in blue and red with the cooperation of the local government.

Courtesy Visit

As a post-season report, the players visit the mayors of the municipalities that support the club and express their gratitude for their ongoing support and their enthusiasm for the next season.

Comprehensive Cooperation Agreement

Tokyo Metropolitan Wide Collaboration Agreement, in addition to 6 shareholder cities, has signed collaboration agreements with Komae City, Kokubunji City, Shibuya Ward (S-SAP Agreement with MIXI, Inc.) and is implementing various activities not limited to soccer.

Municipal PR

We are conducting PR for local governments through booth exhibitions at home games, and asking fans and supporters who have visited to spread the charm of the city.

Implementation of the Hometown Committee

We have a Home Town Committee consisting of shareholders from 6 cities, as well as local government officials, chambers of commerce, youth councils, and soccer associations. We are working together with FC Tokyo and the local community to promote conversation and exchange for a better region.

Participation and Cooperation in Local Events

Exhibiting contents such as kick targets that can be enjoyed by adults and children participating in local festivals and events held in various parts of Tokyo.

Poster Display

Throughout the season, various stores and facilities in the region have displayed FC Tokyo posters.

Streetlight Flag Display

FC Tokyo's original flags are displayed in shopping streets and streets throughout Tokyo.

Promotion in the region

We are broadcasting videos utilizing FC Tokyo players and properties on signage in the area.

Player Elementary School Visit

FC Tokyo players' association organizes visits to elementary schools in Tokyo several times a year, with about three players per school, to interact with the children.

Implementation of Utilization Lessons

"Aoiaka Drill" was created with the concept of children enjoying moving their bodies in accordance with the curriculum guidelines, and it has been introduced to elementary schools throughout Tokyo. Our coaches also visit schools to promote and implement active lessons.

Implementation of Smile Caravan

The Education Committee and elementary schools in Tokyo are working together to have our coaches visit and conduct classes. It is an experiential lesson to learn the fun of playing soccer and moving your body.

Collaboration with Special Needs Schools

We collaborate with special needs schools to implement exchange programs, soccer classes, and dream lessons with children.

Implementation of Local Resident Invitation

We regularly collaborate with local governments and organizations in various regions of Tokyo throughout the season to invite local residents to home games.

Elderly Exercise Class &
Frailty Prevention Implementation

We collaborate with local governments and organizations to offer exercise classes for the elderly taught by FC Tokyo school coaches. Many people have participated in this exercise class, which is enjoyable for seniors.

Public Viewing Implementation

We collaborate with local governments and towns to hold public viewings of FC Tokyo's away games. In Fuchu City, many people came to watch the game and share the excitement.

Shareholder 6 City Exchange Soccer Tournament

We collaborate with the soccer associations of six cities and hold an annual exchange soccer tournament. We are creating opportunities for talent exchange through soccer.

Implementation of Inclusive Football Experience

We offer experiences such as deaf soccer and walking football so that anyone can enjoy soccer.

Red Feather Community Chest

We collaborate with the local social welfare council to promote and support the Red Feather Community Chest Campaign. We work together with the Chofu City Social Welfare Council to sell charity collaboration pin badges and conduct fundraising activities at the stadium.

Various awareness and promotional activities

We are cooperating with the Orange Ribbon Campaign and awareness activities such as the Help Mark and Pink Ribbon to coincide with Child Abuse Prevention Month.

Prevention of littering and graffiti

We are cooperating with the Shibuya Center Shopping Street Promotion Association and Shibuya Ward to prevent littering and graffiti by broadcasting player announcement voices as part of our awareness campaign.

Promotion of Easy Japanese

"Easy Japanese" and volunteer promotion activities, we are implementing awareness activities to cooperate so that various people who come to the stadium can enjoy their day.

FACILITY

As a base for local and social hometown activities,
FC Tokyo is also working on facility business.
We provide sports opportunities for a wide range of ages, from infants and children to adults and seniors, regardless of disabilities, with a focus on facilities.
We also collaborate with local stakeholders to revitalize the community.

Soccer and Futsal School

We hold soccer schools, futsal schools, aozora soccer schools, and soccer school advanced classes every day of the week. These schools cater to a wide range of needs, such as children who want to start playing sports or those who want to become better at soccer. Not only do we focus on improving skills, but we also promote independence and social growth through the joy of kicking a ball.

Grassroots Event

As a place where everyone can enjoy soccer, regardless of age, gender, disability, or soccer experience, we aim to kick the ball with a smile under the theme of "everyone", "anytime", and "anywhere", and regularly hold various events.

Children's Events

We hold classes and clinics for children from preschool to elementary school. Our coaches in the development department set a theme every month and support the improvement of skills with individualized guidance. In addition, our one-day tournament events allow participants to form teams with new friends and gain new experiences and values, providing opportunities to develop sportsmanship and teamwork.

Adult Event

Adult classes and clinics led by the Development Department coach, as well as various individual futsal events are held.
You can choose from a variety of events that suit your personal preferences and level, such as aiming to improve your skills under the guidance of a coach or enjoying futsal at individual sal.

Regional Cooperation

We are holding events such as a summer festival organized by the facility at Keyaki Namiki, so that everyone in the community can enjoy it.
We hold soccer classes for people with disabilities in collaboration with Fuchu City, and work with the Fuchu City Soccer Federation to operate the "Fuchu Foris Cup Futsal Tournament" and train coaches who can teach children the joy of soccer. We also hold the "(Public Corporation) Japan Football Association Certified D-Level Coach Training Course".

School Management

In Suginami City (Kami-igusa Sports Center, Shimo-takaido Athletic Ground, Eifuku Gymnasium), Nakano Ward (Nakano Ward Heiwa-no-mori Park), and Kodaira City (Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium), we hold regular soccer and futsal schools for children. Through soccer, we nurture the hearts of caring for friends and never giving up until the end.

Education Committee Collaboration

We collaborate with various educational institutions to provide workplace visits for junior high school students, career education for upper elementary school students, and regular soccer classes for preschoolers and elementary school students.

Administrative and Regional Event Cooperation

We regularly hold events such as festivals in the local area, where we cooperate and set up booths to provide enjoyable experiences for the local community.

Multi-Generational Event

Suginami City (Kami-igusa Sports Center, Myoshoji Gymnasium, Shimo-takaido Athletic Ground, Eifuku Gymnasium) holds regular sports events for children and adults.
Soccer and futsal, as well as a variety of sports events, are also held.

Events for People with Disabilities

We hold regular soccer and futsal events for people with disabilities. We collaborate with various foundations, sports associations, and educational institutions to create a system that allows many people to participate.
