Tokyo Football Club Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "J Club") handles users' personal information in relation to the LINE app service provided by J Club (hereinafter referred to as "this service") based on the privacy policy, J League ID terms of use, and the privacy policy set forth below (hereinafter referred to as "this policy").

1. User Information Retrieval

   J Clubs will obtain the following information from users of this service (including personal information, hereinafter referred to as "user information").

   1. User Identifier Related to LINE Account
   2. Location information (However, the J Club will obtain location information only if the user is within 500 meters of the center of the stadium where this service is being used.)
   3. Device Information
   4. IP Address
   5. Access Logs for This Service
   6. Information about users designated by other J clubs

2. Purpose of Use of User Information

   J clubs will use the acquired user information for the purposes specified in the following items for the Japan Professional Football League (hereinafter referred to as "J League") and J clubs.

   1. Important notifications for the provision of products and services from J clubs, communication, and changes to related terms and conditions.
   2. In order to develop, provide, maintain, and improve products and services of J clubs, other login service providers, and J League partners or J club partners (hereinafter referred to as "partners").
   3. To develop, distribute, and provide advertisements for products and services of J clubs, other login service providers, and partners, as well as to confirm the results of these efforts.
   4. For identity verification and authentication services
   5. For conducting surveys, contests, and campaigns
   6. For marketing research, statistics, and analysis
   7. System maintenance and response to user inquiries
   8. To prevent acts that may constitute misconduct or be illegal
   9. To enforce the terms of use of J clubs
   10. For other purposes defined by the J League and each J club's services

3. Provision of User Information to Third Parties

   J clubs may provide user information to third parties in the cases specified in each of the following items.

   1. If the user of this service gives consent
      J Club may provide user information to third parties, including companies, organizations, or individuals, with the user's consent.
   2. Provision to Contractors
      J clubs may provide to third parties that offer services on behalf of J clubs, such as data analysis, email sending, hosting services, and customer service, as well as to third parties that support J League marketing.
   3. Provision to Partners
      For the purposes specified in Article 2 or Article 5, user information may be provided to partners.
   4. Provision to LINE
      To provide this service, we may provide some user information to LINE Corporation.
   5. We may provide to the Japan Football Association and the Football Association Group for the following purposes:
      Provision of information regarding services provided by the Japan Football Association and the Football Association Group
      Marketing research, statistics, analysis
      
   6. Provision to Third-Party Advertisers
      J Club may provide (i) specific technical information (including IP addresses), (ii) non-personally identifiable statistical information, and (iii) information regarding non-personally identifiable service usage to third parties who are advertisers (hereinafter referred to as "third-party advertisers"). Users agree that such information may be used by J Club or third-party advertisers for user trend analysis, demographic analysis, web analysis, and for behavioral targeting advertisements to users.
   7. Legal Reasons
      In accordance with laws, regulations, legal procedures, or requests from public or government agencies, it may be necessary for J Club to disclose user information in the user's country of residence or abroad. J Club may disclose user information if it determines that such disclosure is reasonably necessary under the law for the enforcement of J Club's terms of use, the operation of the J League or J Club, or for the protection of users.
   8. Sale or Merger
      In the event of organizational restructuring, merger, or transfer, J clubs may transfer all or part of the user information obtained to relevant parties.
