About the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules
To provide a safe and comfortable game viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo manages the safety and security of games based on its management regulations. When attending a game, we ask for your support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, as well as compliance with prohibited items within the stadium and the J-League's unified prohibited rules (J-League Common Viewing Manners & Rules) and management regulations.
Please note that the final decision on whether or not such actions violate the game management regulations will be made by the J-League or each club.
※ If prohibited acts or acts that pose security problems as stipulated in the management regulations are committed, you may be subject to expulsion or entry prohibition.
Furthermore, please be aware that entry may also be prohibited for matches at stadiums other than the one where the violation occurred.
Regarding filming and use of footage inside the stadium during game broadcasts, etc.
The video footage (including the concourse) taken for the purpose of broadcasting during the game
(including individual portraits of visitors, banners, flags, chants, etc.) in whole or in part (including still images) may be used for the following purposes other than broadcasting during the game, so please be aware of this in advance.
- Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed inside the venue.
- Use in J.League and club official media
- Use in news programs and related media
- Use in video works and various sales items produced by J-League or those designated by J-League (including partner companies).
Prohibited Items
Please do not bring prohibited items listed in the J-League unified prohibited items and the following items into the facility, unless specifically required by the operator or safety officer.
- Bottles and cans (The contents of bottles and cans will be transferred to paper cups at the entrance gate before entering)
※PET bottles are allowed to be brought in. - Other items that security personnel recognize as potentially interfering with the operation or progress of the game, causing inconvenience or danger to others
About entering and exiting the stadium
Opening hours and entrance gates, as well as re-entry gates, may be subject to change depending on ticket sales and event schedules.
Additionally, the availability of Aka-Ao Park may vary depending on the game, so please check the game information for each match.

Prior to the general opening, priority entry will be implemented for SOCIO and corporate annual ticket purchasers.

Entrance Gate
Seats that can be entered at each gate will be restricted for a certain period of time from the opening. If you enter early, please check your seat type and the gate you can enter.

Waiting List Lottery Entry
Regarding the operation of the waiting line for admission, we will introduce a ticket acquisition system using the "FC Tokyo Official App" for those with general admission tickets (SOCIO and general admission).
The waiting line is for organizing the admission order at the time of opening.
Even if you arrive after the opening and before the kickoff, SOCIO members can use the SOCIO priority admission, and there are seats available for all ticket holders to sit. Not everyone needs to participate in the lottery.
Please decide your arrival time according to your own way of watching the game.

- Issuance and cancellation of tickets and re-entry are not available after the lottery entry period has ended.
- The ticket number is not in order of arrival. The time of entry for the lottery does not affect the lottery results.
Waiting Line Organization (for Home General Admission)
The waiting line for entry is for organizing the order of entry at the time of opening.
Even if you arrive after the gates open and in time for kickoff, there are seats available for you to sit in, so you do not necessarily need to line up.
Please determine your arrival time based on your preferred method of watching the game.
- For those who have a lottery entry and have obtained a numbered ticket in advance, please prepare the numbered ticket and line up in the waiting area (refer to the waiting area below) 25 minutes before the opening time. (Refer to the lineup method in the waiting area below). Those who are not present during the lineup will have their numbered ticket invalidated.
- For those who do not have a numbered ticket, you can line up at the back of the line starting from 5 hours before kickoff. Once you have lined up, you can leave the line if necessary. Please return to the waiting area 25 minutes before the designated gate opening time.
- You cannot leave the line until 25 minutes before the opening. Please line up in advance.
- If the opening time and meeting time change, we will inform you on the official homepage.

How to line up in the waiting area
Ropes with assigned numbers are installed as markers, so please line up with the person accompanying you at the location where your assigned number is indicated.

Rules for Watching
Standing Area
The lower area of the home general admission seats and the lower area of the visitor seats can be used as standing areas for cheering. The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where you do not have to ask people to sit down. Standing and watching in other areas is prohibited.
Visitor merchandise wear area
Wearing visitor merchandise is only allowed in the following areas.

The location for displaying banners (flags, banners) has been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in places other than the designated location. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

About the use of musical instruments
Only the lower level of the home general admission and visitor seats can be used.
Please refrain from using musical instruments in other areas.
About the use of flags
Definition of a flag: Flag portion (vertical 1m or more × horizontal 1m or more) + pole 1m or more
- If the size of the flag and pole is 1 meter or more in any one place, it will become a large flag.
However, the L flag is not included in the large flag.
Areas where large flags can be used: Lower home general seating and lower visitor seating
- Please note that the use of this area is prohibited in places other than the designated area in order to ensure the safety of all visitors. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please be sure to pay attention to the surrounding customers when using the large flag.
The organizer may prohibit the bringing and use of items if they are deemed to be defamatory, slanderous, discriminatory, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise deemed inappropriate for the match venue.
Regarding the installation and use of temporary handrails in the front row of standing seats
Installation and use are only possible if the following conditions are met and approved by FC Tokyo.
- Please be sure to cover the facility structure with cloth or similar material.
- If the facility structure is damaged, FC Tokyo cannot take responsibility.
Prohibited Behavior
Unless the operator or safety officer deems it necessary, the following actions are strictly prohibited in any facility, as well as any act that violates the J-League's unified prohibition:
- Banners (flags, banners, etc.) that may be considered defamation or discrimination are prohibited. As a general rule of society, if we determine that it constitutes defamation or discrimination as a club, we will remove the display items and issue a warning for the act. If the behavior does not stop, you may be expelled. In addition, if such prohibited acts are committed, you may be banned from entering subsequent matches.
- Use of gum tape when attaching a banner.
- Confetti, streamers, and balloons are allowed to be brought and used.
- Use of laser pointers.
- Throwing of any objects including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs from the stands.
- Intentional place-taking (flags, strings, tapes, flagpoles, etc.). Please check here for more details.
- Use of loudspeakers directed towards the pitch. Only allowed if the purpose is to control support towards the stands.
- Bring and use drums, flags, etc. in the main stand, back stand, and upper stand behind the goal.
(Only allowed in the lower stand behind the goal area in the home general seating area and the lower stand behind the goal area in the visitor seating area) - Act of "stepping over, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stands.
- Watching and cheering while standing up on a chair or putting your feet on the backrest of a chair.
- Watching and cheering from the front of the upper stand by leaning forward.
- Group cheering activities in the concourse.
- Acts that may interfere with the operation or progress of the game, or may cause inconvenience or danger to others as determined by security personnel.
