I want to kick a ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! This is a futsal class for those who want to enjoy futsal in a fun way, aimed at complete beginners.

* The super beginner class is intended for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. Those with experience in soccer or futsal are kindly asked to refrain from participating.

There is no basic cancellation on both days, but in the event of a cancellation, there will be no alternative date for the event.

□ Course Introduction
We will proceed as follows.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (Based on the fundamentals of stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (We will apply what was done in Training 1)
・Game (with fewer players, such as 5vs5)
* This is a beginner-friendly class, so the main focus is on basic practice. Additionally, those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never participated in sports can join with confidence.

※Usually in charge of futsal schools (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei) and adult futsal classes for ladies and beginners, Advanced Class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu), etc.
Other coaches from the development department will be in charge (the coach in charge may change depending on the schedule).
□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per time (including insurance fee, tax included)
*Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue = First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff).
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
*If you miss the 17:00 deadline the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount 2,200 yen) will be incurred, so please be careful. Also, in case of no-show without notice, you may be refused in future lotteries. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

The event on May 25 (Saturday) will be held on May 15 (Wednesday) at 17:00.
That will be all.
The deadline is 10 days before the event date.

*If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results,

Please be sure to bring your own drinks. If you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself. Also, the room temperature is very high. Please bring plenty of fluids.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* There are changing rooms and showers available.
