We will hold the "Adult Soccer and Futsal Class in Musashino-En". The venue is the "Musashino no Mori General Sports Plaza" adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium.

The weather is nice, and it has become the perfect time for exercise. Since it is in a gym, there is no worry about rain, snow, or the pollen unique to spring. This is a beginner's class for those who want to move their bodies, try kicking a ball, or learn the basics of soccer. We sincerely look forward to your participation.

Everyone! This year, Musapla will hold adult soccer and futsal classes. We want to create a classroom full of smiles, so please join us!

・In addition, coaches from the development department will be in charge (the coach in charge may change depending on the schedule). Also, coaches from the development department may participate unexpectedly.

* Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* Changing rooms are available.
