<F.C.TOKYO × XFLAG> Rubber Band 2019 Sales Cancellation and Refund Response

We will provide a refund for customers who purchased the "F.C.TOKYO × XFLAG Rubber Band 2019" sold at the XFLAG STORE inside AO-AKA PARK from March 10th, 2019 (Sun).

 

We have recently sold a collaboration product between F.C.TOKYO and XFLAG as an opportunity for Monster Strike users to get to know FC Tokyo. However, after considering that the color variations were not suitable as official club merchandise, we have decided to discontinue the sale of this product and provide refunds to customers who have already purchased it in consultation with XFLAG.

1. Refund at the game venue

April and May at Ajinomoto Stadium when FC Tokyo is playing at home (4/28 vs. Matsumoto, 5/12 vs. Iwata, 5/18 vs. Sapporo)

Time: 10:00-16:30
Location: Special booth inside "AO-AKA PARK supported by XFLAG"
Refund method: Please bring the purchased rubber band (the rubber band will be collected)
※Please refer to the AO-AKA PARK map for the booth locations within AO-AKA PARK, or ask the staff inside AO-AKA PARK for assistance.

 
2. Refund by cash on delivery
For cash on delivery, please contact XFLAG with the necessary information below. XFLAG staff will contact you at a later date regarding the refund method.
