From Mar 10, 2019 (Sun), we will provide refunds for customers who purchased the "<F.C.TOKYO × XFLAG> Rubber Band 2019" sold at the XFLAG STORE in AO-AKA PARK.

 

We have launched collaborative products between FC Tokyo and XFLAG to introduce FC Tokyo to all Monst users. However, we have determined that the color variations of these items are not preferable as official club merchandise. After discussions with XFLAG, we have decided to discontinue the sale of these products and will provide refunds to customers who have already made purchases.

Time: 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: "AO-AKA PARK supported by XFLAG" Special booth
Refund method: Please bring the purchased rubber band (the rubber band will be collected)
For information about booth locations within AO-AKA PARK, please refer to the AO-AKA PARK map or ask the staff inside AO-AKA PARK.

 
2. Refund by Cash on Delivery
For refunds by cash on delivery, please provide the necessary information below, and a representative from XFLAG will contact you later regarding the refund method.
