②If you have a J-League ID → Log in and register your information in the selection participation survey.
If you do not have a J.League ID → Obtain a J.League ID (free) and then register your information in the selection participation survey.
* When obtaining your J.League ID, please be sure to select "FC Tokyo" as your favorite club.
③ Select the payment method for participation fee.
* Depending on the payment method, a payment fee may apply.
④After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email from J League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp) confirming your ticket application details.
Please make sure to set up your email to receive messages from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
If you do not receive the email, please log in to the J League Ticket official site and check if the payment process has been completed from the 'Purchase History' in the menu button at the top right.
⑤ Issue the "Selection Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
When issuing tickets, please note the "payment slip number (13 digits)" and bring it directly to the store register to issue your tickets.
You can check the "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)" from the "Purchase History."
A processing fee of 108 yen will be charged per ticket. The processing fee is included in the total amount you will pay at the time of purchase.
When purchasing tickets, please inform the staff that it is an 'Internet purchase' to ensure a smooth process.
⑥Download the "Examination Consent Form" from below and be sure to obtain the signature and approval seal of the representative of your team (such as the coach).
※Those who are not currently affiliated with a team do not need the representative's signature or approval seal.

7. Attach the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven to the "Examination Acceptance Form" and mail it to the address below.

□ About the Selection Day
If you have completed the procedures from ① to ⑦ above, please come to the selection venue (Tokyo Gas Musashino-En Multi-Purpose Ground) by June 16 (Sunday) at 16:30.
* There will be no mailing of items such as the 'examination ticket' from here.
*Items to bring → Soccer wear, spikes (replaceable types are not allowed), shin guards, drinks
