【Order Reception Method】
On June 2nd (Sun) at 10:30, we will distribute 30 limited sets of numbered tickets at the entrance of SHIPS Kichijoji store. Please present your identification when receiving the numbered tickets.
Identification: Driver's license, passport, resident registration card, student ID with photo, and copies are invalid.
The distribution time may be advanced depending on the situation on the day.
※We do not accept inquiries or reservations by phone.

[About ticket distribution]

※The distribution of numbered tickets will start at 10:00 to avoid causing inconvenience to the surrounding area. Those who have reserved their spot since the previous night or early morning before 10:00 will be considered invalid.

※Tickets are limited to one per person, and purchases are limited to one set per person.

※Order reception will be accepted in order of ticket number from 11:00. The expiration date of the ticket is within business hours on the day.
※Please refrain from causing inconvenience to the neighborhood, such as lining up late at night. In case of any trouble, we may have to suspend sales.
※After purchase, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to customer convenience. In case of defects or deficiencies in the product, we will only provide a refund as we are unable to prepare a replacement product due to the nature of made-to-order production.
