FC Tokyo will hold the "Adult Soccer and Futsal Class in Musashino-En" in July. The venue is the "Musashino no Mori General Sports Plaza" adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium.
The sunlight has become stronger, and there are more days that feel like summer, but since it's in a gym, there's no worry about getting sunburned. If you want to kick a ball, learn the basics of futsal, or have fun playing futsal, this is a beginner-friendly futsal class. We sincerely look forward to your participation.

* Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
* Please use indoor shoes (black-soled, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please understand that participation is not allowed with shoes other than indoor shoes. If possible, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones marked as non-marking) are preferred.
* The ball will be prepared here.
* Changing rooms are available.
