On Aug 18 (Sun), we will hold the "Big Frames Exchange Meeting" for club support members, "Big Frames."
This will be an opportunity for the top team players and staff to participate and deepen their friendship with the members.
We hope you enjoy interacting with the players and staff while encouraging the team currently in first place. We kindly ask for your enthusiastic participation.
Please note that only those who have become Big Frames by the application deadline will be eligible, so if you wish to participate, we kindly ask you to join or upgrade to Club Support Member as soon as possible.

1. Event Date and Time
Aug 18 (Sun) 18:00～20:00 (scheduled)
*Venue: Somewhere in Tokyo

We will inform all participants of the details.

 
2. Membership Fee
10,000 yen per person (including tax)
*Exclusive souvenirs for participants

3. Eligible Participants
Big Frames Members 520 (planned)
* If there are many applicants, a lottery will be held. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
※Participation is limited to members only. Please refrain from bringing children or companions.
*Due to the evening event, participation is not allowed for those under junior high school age.
Groups, organizations, and teams can participate with up to 3 members, but the membership fee will be 10,000 yen each. We will create name tags, so please provide the individual names.

If you wish to make a payment for two or more members together, please contact the office (csm@fctokyo.co.jp) via email in advance (before payment) with the name of the payer and the amount to be transferred for each member.
If you are applying as a corporation, organization, or group, you will be seated at the same table. If you would like a separate table, please let us know.
* Regarding the attendance of individuals applying, we will respond on the day of the event.
